Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out all excavated material in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in trenching with soil and including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand cushioning with clean and dry sand in trenches for protection of UG cable and including punning down complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned thickness of sand coushioning shall only measured and paid.

Supply & laying sub class 'B', class designation 75 bricks of old size, laid over sand cushioning along alignment of cable as protection to cable in trenches including taking out old bricks complete all as specified and directed. Note : Sand cushioning will measured and paid seperately.

S&F 50 mm bore galvanised steel tubing, light grade with necessary fittings, laid under road crossing, for cable protection including taking down existing un-serviceable GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead using 25 x 3.15 mm Aluminium strip, fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for maintenance and attending complaints / breakdowns at INS Eksila area comprising of LT panels, over head lines / underground LT cables up to main distribution boards at buildings including day to day maintenance of LT panels / Perimeter lights for smooth & trouble free LT power supply including rectification of minor defects to electrical controls gear / accessories as directed by Engr-In -charge. Note : Unit rate quoted shall deemed to be inclusive of the following:- (a) Attending minor repairs / breakdowns without involving any new (major) materials. (b) Rate shall include cost to provide tools for attending break down and minor materials like lugs, PVC tapes, including issue / maintaining Job Cards and Complaint registers etc. (c) Major repairs / Break downs involving S&F of materials such as cables, Joints, MCCBs etc are outside the scope of this item and shall be measured and paid separately. (d) Contractor should ensure to carry out the work through qualified Technician / Electrician and assisted by the helper. Necessary tools & plants and transportation charges are deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (e) On completion of the task /attending break down, necessary Job card duly signed by the stake holder shall be submitted to Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of external surfaces of LT panel of size from 1000mmx1000mmx400mm to 1200mmx1200mmx500mm by scraping down old rusted paint with steel brush, brooming, rubbing and cleaning including spray painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint on external surface and marking feeders complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L with replacement of canopy, door, body angle iron support etc. of existing LT panel board, body made out of 2 / 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and support of angle sections as per existing, duly power coated with one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer with removable door hinges, neoprone gasket and locking arrangement, including welding work for fixing the door complete all as directed. Note:- Unit rate quoted shall be considered to include hinges, locking arrangement, neoprone gasket etc reqd for LT panel. Contactor shall quote their rates accordingly.

S&F danger notice plate of size 20 X 15 cm & 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for LT including dismantling un-serviceable notice board complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Instruction shall be written in three languages Hindi, English & Telugu on Notice board.

S&F in repair aluminium lugs to LT cable end suitable for cable of size of 16 to 70 sqmm complete all as specefied and directed.

S&F in repair aluminium lugs to LT cable end suitable for cable of size of 95 to 240 sqmm complete all as specefied and directed.

S&F on-load change over switch 100 Amp capacity, 4 pole, 415 volts, manual change over with Sheet metal enclosure including fixing in existing panel and necessary modification in the panel (if reqd) including taking down Un-serviceable on-load change over switch complete all as specified and directed.

Clearing away all bushes, small plants, grass, vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, roots upto root level including surface dressing n.exc 15 cm deep around and surroundings areas of E/M installations (i.e.Two Pole/ Four structures, outdoor-substation yards, pump house & Misc E/M installations etc) and removing rubbish / debris upto a distance of not less than 50 metres outside the periphery of the area under clearance complete all as directed.

M & L for excavating existing in trenches for cable of size 70 to 300 Sqmm, 3.5/4 core & taking out from its loop of length 3 to 5m, cleaning, cutting of old termination at end and reconnecting the same along with termination at ends with new aluminium lugs of suitable size and relaying cable in existing of cable trench with using existing sand and bricks complete all as directed. Note: (i) The rate quoted shall deemed to inclusive of earth work and excavation. (ii) Serviceable sand and Bricks shall be re-used for protection.
