Excavation in earth work in all heights and depth in all kinds of soils, including saturated soil comprising of pick work, jumper work, and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiselling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement:4 sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete including cost of form work in: Foundation and plinth and wall including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Foundations, footings & bases of columns etc., and mass concrete.including enitre carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .

Columns, pillars, posts and struts square rectangular or polygonal in plan in any height including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials and as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .

Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers including enitre carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .

Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies, fecia , moulding and access platformincluding enitre carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentials as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge .

Edges of slab, chajjas etc. including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and like i/c attached buttresses, pillasters, plith and string courses and the liike including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (One cement : one point five sand :Three graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)( Twenty milimetre) and curing complete, mixing the material in mechanical mixture and compacting the concrete with viberator complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work Foundations, footings, bases of columns and the like and mass concrete. including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and layingReinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete, mixing the material in mechanical mixture and compacting the concrete with viberator complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, fecia ,mouldings, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).and curing complete, mixing the material in mechanical mixture and compacting the concrete with viberator complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and laying tor steel(Tata/Sail/RINL/Shyam steel make) reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including ,bending binding,straightening and placing in position complete in all floor level/ heights including cost of binding wire complete including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in superstructure 1:6 (1cement:6sand) up to all height including curring and carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. 1st class bricks.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-incharge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts. (A) For fixed portion Polyester powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of polyester powder coating 50 micron) including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

(B) For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing glass glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partition etc with PVC/neoprens gasket and including aluminium beading complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-In_charge including cost of aluminium snap beading . glazing with glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm. including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and fixing 12mm thick prelaminated Particle board board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer- in-charge. Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and fixing Stainless steel sliding door bolt with bolts and nuts screws etc., complete: including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (A) 300X16 mm

Providing and fixing dyed aluminium hooks and eyes dyed to required shade and colour with screws etc., complete including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 150mm

Providing and fixing dyed aluminium tower bolt (barrel type) anodized transparent or dyed to required shade and colour with screws etc., complete including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (A). 200x10mm

Providing and fixing Stainless steel handles with necessary screws etc., complete: including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. ( a). 200x10mm

6mm (Six milimetre) cement plaster to ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement is to three Sand) in all floor level. The rate is including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

15mm (fifteen milimetres) thick cement plasters in single coat on rough/fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior/exterior plastering upto all floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty milimetres) in girth and finished even and smooth with cement mortar 1:6 (one cement: six sand) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying Birla white wall care putty two coats over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the surface complete. including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth. Priming coat with distemper primer including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after throughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc including sand paper smooth and cement primer complete. including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete Size of Tile 600x600 mm including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing and fixing accessories for wall face PVC(D-Plast) rain water pipes110mm dia pipes including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.
