Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

List of Financial Resources with Certificates

Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such Construction of Protective Works like Retaining Wall/Waste weir/Guidewall/Protective walls/Trough of value not less than Rs. 89.81 (80% of estimated cost of tender)

The intending bidder should have Mandating satisfactorily completed 90percent of work individually executed as prime contractor, for at least one similar type of work to an extent of 50percent of the cost of amount put to tender in work like Construction of Protective Works like Retaining Wall/Waste weir/Guidewall/ Protective walls/Trough Work of value not less than Rs. 89.81 Lakhs excluding GST during the last five financial years from 2020-21 to 2024-25

The intending bidder Executed in any financial year in last five years, from 2020-21 to 2024-25 the following minimum quantities of work. For which certificate should be obtained from the competent authority, year wise quantities executed certificates in proforma mentioned in bid document should be scanned and enclosed. Earthwork/Embankment in m3 657.00, CC all grades in m3 724.00, Steel in tonne is 87.00

Minimum financial turnover (civil engineering construction works) not less than two times the annual payments from this contract (Rs. 359.24 Lakhs)

The intending bidder/ firm/ company shall furnish details of liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs. 107.77 Lakhs Credit lines/ letter of credit/certificates from any nationalized/scheduled banks for meeting the fund requirement etc, in the specified format as per FD circular No: FD CMM/16/2022 P-2 Dt: 22.08.2022, mentioned in the bid document. Failing with which will be liable for rejection of tender.

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded is BE Civil Graduate with minimum 2 years of experience
