Supply and fix for partition wall (Pannels of 1.44 sqm (approx) made out of aluminium anodized standard hollow sections 63.50 X 38.10 X 1.95mm thick snap fit beadings, standard rubber gasket, 5.5mm thick sheet glass and 12mm thick pre-laminated perticle board, interior grade, pre-laminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing light grey lamination complete all as specified and directed. [Note : The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for taking down unserviceable partitions].

Supply and fix anodised aluminium snap grid frame work of size 605 x 605mm using main and cross tee of size 15mm x 15mm 1.5mm ( weight not less than 0.12 kg / Rm) and wall angle of size 40mm x 25mm x 2mm ( weight not less than 0.36 kg / Rm) and perforated particle board for insulation and accoustic purpose 60cm x 60 mm in size fixed withn screws to the aluminium frame work in ceiling with screws to aluminum frame work in ceilings with hanger 6mm dia GI (up to 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slab by means of ceilng cleats made out of GI flat 40 x 3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fastners 12.5mm dia 40mm long complete , including disamntling existing ceiling boards any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs glazed aluminium powder coated two track sliding window (area of each window not exceeding 1.50 sqm) made out Jindal sections series 'B' with 18 mm thick shutters extruded aluminium section as mentioned below and glazed with 4 mm thick glass fixed with rubber beading / gasket and aluminium powder coated beading all around and lock type handle of size 75 mm etc., complete all as specified and as directed. (a) Outer frame with rectangular tube Jindal section (14073) 63.50 x 38.1 x 1.7 mm thick, window chowkat bottom section with (20956) size - 61.85 x 31.75 x 1.05 mm thick, top and size with section (20966) size - 61.85 x 31.75 x 1.0 mm thick. Supply and fix aluminium powder coated decorative grill with 6 .3 mm thick aluminimum section and 100 x 100 mm openings, weighing not less than 1.75 kg per sqm and anodized aluminium U shape channel frame work all rounder grill and fixed with steel screws complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 4mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing in frame in square n exc 0.5 sqm in each pane , complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and stick solar control film 50 microns thick on glass panes as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made PVC internal door frame of the size 50 x 45mm with one reabate to receive the shutter of 30mm thick, made out of extruded 5mm thick prelam colour sheet reinforced with MS tube, mitred cut at two corners and jointed with 4 Nos. of 150mm long brackets of 15mm x 15mm MS square tube. The two vertical door profiles are to be reinforced with 40mm x 20mm MS tube of 19 gauge through out the frame. The door frame shall be fixed to the wall using 8 /100mm long dash fasteners minimum four nos on each vertical side complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 30 mm thick factory made solid core with particle board /flush door core PVC Moulded door shutter, lipped with 15mm (5mm x 3) thick 30mm width on one style and top rails and 10mm (5mm x 2) thick , 30mm width on the other stiles & bottom rails. M&L for chipping & removal of existing damaged, crakced , spalled & loose portion of concrete of the RCC members completely till the reinforcement is exposed and sound concrete(20mm to 50mm) is observed by using mechanical means and manual chisels and further the surface is jetted with clean water for removal of dust and loose particles and complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Similar work on any floor up to five floors or 16m height of buildings).

M&L for preparation of exposed surafces of rusted steel reinforcement of dia 10mm and above with metal wire brush , cleaning the rusted surfaces free from loose rust and application of rust remover cum passivator painted with brush to the rusted reinforcemnet @ 2.0-2.5Ltr /Sqm surface of steel reinforcement , (Fosroc-Reebaklens RR) to the surface of existing reinforcement) and removing rust with flex after 24 hours of application of rust remover with the help of wire brush, sand paper and throughly washed with water with the help of pressure jet and allowing it to dry complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Length of reinforcement steel bar shall be measured for payment].

M&L for providing Shear connectors and Anchoring : Drilling 12mm dia holes up to depth of 100mm and fix 10mm dia TMT bars 'L' shaped anchor rods as shear connectors in defective concrete area of the slab, column, beams, chajjas, lintel etc., or any other structural member as the case may be clean the same using water and make sure that there is no fine particle present in the hole.. Mix the base and hardener of the polyester resin Fosroc Lokfix with the spatula thoroughly. Fill the drilled and cleaned holes to a minimum depth of 1/3rd of the hole with the prepared polyester resin and the reinforced bar shall be inserted to full depth of hole and extra length of the reinforcement bar shall be bent into the concrete to maintain proper cover to the reinforcement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for application of single component shrinkage controlled, polymer modified, fibre reinforced cementitious repair mortar (Renderoc SP40 of Fosroc Make) 30mm thick in a single layer having a compressive strength of M45 grade to columns, Beams / Slab soffits & where ever it required in isolated areas of repair works to RCC members : Renderoc SP40 of Fosroc is supplied in 25 Kg bag and ready to use at site directly by mixing with water at 4.25 Ltr per bag complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for application of bonding coat on the prepared old concrete surfaces of the RCC Memebers of the buildings with two component epoxy based bonding agent Nitobond SBR standard of Fosroc make for the surfaces of the concrete to be rehabilated by Rendroc RG (above 50mm thick), Rendroc DS40 (upto 40mm thick), Rendroc SP 40 (upto 30mm thick), Rendroc S2 (upto 20mm thick ) of repair old demolished concrete member complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for provision of two coats of two component acrylic polymer plastomeric water proofing coating of brush bond RFX of FOSROC in 2 mm thick having a 15 kgs of powder and 5 ltrs of liquid polymer added with 3 ltrs of water applied to cover area of 13 to 14 sqm per 20 kg pack per one coat of 1 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for polymer modified plastering in CM 1:3, 10mm thick on fair faces of concrete surfaces of walls & ceilings finished even and smooth with out using extra cement and using Nitobond SBR as per manufacturer instruction at the rate of 7 ltrs per sqm for 50kg of cement all as specified and directed. [Note: SBR shall be measured and paid separately]

Supply only Fosroc make Nitobond SBR chemical for mixing in polymer modified plastering.

Cleaning the concrete surface by removing dirt and debris, making defective locations and removing loose concrete, carefully stripping out old roof treatment untill hard surface is exposed, cutting the concrete to regular shape, wire brushing the exposed surface and removing debris from site complete all as directed

M&L water proofing treatment on cleaned RCC roof comprising with the following operation and as specified here-in-below :- (a) 20 mm thick (av. mimimum thickness) plastering in cement mortar 1:3 with WPC as per manufacturer instruction finishing the plastered surfaces even and smooth over cleaned RCC roof. The plastered surface shall be cured properly for ten days by ponding of water over roof. (b) Applying bitumen primer over the plastered surface @ 0.40 Ltr / Sqm by the same membrane manufacturer of density at 25°C, 0.87 to 0.89 kg / Liter and viscosity 70-160 cps. (c) Providing and laying 3mm thick APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, weight not less than 3.6 kg/Sqm water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non woven polyester matt make as approved over the primer coat. Membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc all as per Para 11.44.5 of SSR Part I. (d) Applying one coat of Aluminium paint @ 0.1 ltr per Sqm over APP based polymetric membrane complete all as per manufacturer's instruction.(Note : Only WPC shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective items in this schedule)
