Taking down carefully point wiring ( fan/power point) complete (fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, etc can be measured separately) removing the material from wall/ceiling etc, removing materials from site and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc as per existing specification and taken as credit complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down sub main wiring of aluminium/copperconductor PVC insulated cable of any size drawn through rigid steel / PVC conduit GI wire accessories etc complete and removing materials from site and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc as per existing specification and taken as credit complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Point Wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade, multistranded with copper conductors conforming to IS specifications, with colour code drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit, PVC conduit fittings and conduit accessories or casing capings incl acceesoires fixed on wall/ ceiling or concealed on wall and fixed on ceiling etc with suitable clamps, screws, etc or concealed in wall including terminal boxes fabricated with 1.6 mm MS sheet concealed in walls covered with plastic laminated sheet top cover 3 mm thick fixed with cadmium plated iron screws for housing the switches, switch sockets outlets, fan regulators, etc, including provn of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed cable with multistranded copper conductor as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly all as specified and as directed for One ceiling Fan/ Exhaust fan/Wall mounted fan/pedestal fan controlled by one switch

All as per item no 3 above but for AC/Geyser Point 4 sq mm PVC insulated multi-stranded copper conductor for industrial socket outlet 3 pin 16 Amps point and one single core 4 sq mm PVC insulated unsheathed copper cable as earth continuity conductor (colour green) fixed to dolly.

Supply and fix in repair of Switch piano type 5 Amp single pole one way complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix switch socket combination multipurpose along with gang box 3 pin 15 Amp and 3 pin 5 amp flush type 2 in 1 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix ceiling rose surface backelite min dia 35 mm three terminal complete all as specified and directed.

S & F stepped type electronic fan regulator flush type on the existing phenolic laminated sheet etc. as reqd complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F in replacement Stepped modular type electronic fan regulator 120 W 2 module suitable with existing sheet for 1200 /1400 mm sweep fans complete.

S & F Sheet metal enclosure DB ,Single pole and neutral with 200 Amps rated bus bar,230 volts, 4 way double door type including connecting all connections of wire to MCBs with proper lugs & arrangements, making good to the disturbed surface including taking down existing DB all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement sheet metal enclosure with Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB with 20 Amps after taking down existing.

M&L for taking down & Overhauling of ceiling fan any size and make, dismantling parts, properly cleaning/removing old existing grease oil and removing old paint from blades and body including down rods complete. Applying new oil grease, varnishing of winding, cleaning dust, rust and applying one coat white enamel paint over a coat of steel primer, assembling and refixing at site complete all as specified.

M&L for taking down & Overhauling of Exhaust fans/wall mounted fans/pedestal fans any size and make, dismantling parts properly cleaning/removing old existing grease oil and removing old paint from blades. Applying new oil grease, varnishing of winding, cleaning dust, rust , assembling and refixing at site complete all as specified.

M&L for taking down & repairing of ceiling fan of any make, 1200 mm/1400 mm sweep dismantling its parts cleaning properly, rewinding with super copper enamelled wire suitable gauge, varnishing, oiling and greasing replacing petty items such as split pins, assembling and testing after fixing of fan blades, refixing at site and connecting complete. Note :- Worn out/damaged parts such as canopy, rubber bush, capacitors, and Gun metal bushes, ball bearing shall be measured and paid separately as supply and fix under relevant items of Sch 'A'.

Supply and fix wooden frame of thicknes 6 mm of suitable size for fixing of exhaust fan in existing hole including all nut/bolts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair exhaust fan made of sturdy Engineering plastic complete with louvers shutter, voltage 230V, 50 Hz, RPM 1200, Copper winding of sweep 250 mm including taking down the existing exhuast fan and deposite in the MES store yard. Make: Havells/ Bajaj/ Usha/ Crompton

M & L in replacement of Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth electrode 60Cm x 60Cm x 6 mm thick directly burried in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below the normal ground level conneceted to galvanised earth lead dia 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron steel including necessery excavation earth work PCC chamber CI chamber cover protection pipe watering pipe etc. (Complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 and conected to earthing test point complete including excavation earthwork, PCC chamber, chamber cover ,funnel watering and protection pipe etc all specified and directed and testing on completion. Note:- If the desired earth resistance is not less than 5 Ohms, earthing shall be redone by the contractor at no extra cost to the department.

M&L Earthing continuity galvanised earth lead dia 4 mm dia or main earthing lead fixed to wall with clamps or recess or croses or buried in ground or drawn in conduits/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required all as specified and directed.
