Schedule'A' Part-I: B&R works

Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed .

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide & n exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10sq m on plan & getting out in soft/loose soil

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in & raming earth/ broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc. 25cm, watering, & removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m & making good surface in soft/loose soil.

M & L for hardcore of broken bricks of gauge not exceeding 63 mm , deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.

M&L 100mm thick PCC type D-2, (1:4:8) using 40mm graded stone aggregate complete as specified.

M&L for Brickwork with old size sub class B bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 40mm thick PCC type B-1, (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone aggregate finished even & smooth using extra cement complete as specified.

M&L for 3mm thick & 38mm width glass dividing strips complete as specified.

M&L for Cement concrete Type B2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts complete all as Specified

S&F Rolled Steel work in trusses and Vertical Posts including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S 1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified .

S&F Rolled mild steel purlins ,crane gantries, rails & fastenings & heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. GDE Fe410-0 or Fe 310-O complete all as specified.

S&F rolled mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes ,without and attachment of grade Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel bolts. purpose made. with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends; each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut. Dia of bolt 11mm to 15mm and length exc 5cm long and n exc 10cm complete as specified.

S & F pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding/ eaves board fixed with selp tapping screw complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for two coat of cement base paint on new plastered surface including preparation of surface complete all as specified .

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering & well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil.

Removing Excavated soils exceeding 250m but not exceeding 500m and depositing where directed.

Schedule'A' Part-I: E&M works

Material and labour for point wiring (surface type) with PVC insulated FRLS(Fire Retardant Low Smoke) cable 1100 volts grade unsheathed single core multi-stranded copper conductors 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) for phase, neutral and 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor cable for earth continuty conductor drawn through and including PVC casing-N- caping double lock type,size of casing caping as required at site but not less than 20mm with fittings and accessories pressed steel sunken terminal box made out of 1.6 mm thick MS sheet duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and covered with 3 mm thick bakelite sheet cover for fixing switches, sockets, regulator etc and earth continuty conductor shall be connected to common earth and earth dolly for one light/fan point controlled by one way switch complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 21 above but for one 3/5 pin 6 Amps socket outlet on the same board with other switches.

Material and labour for switch socket combination multi purpose 2 in 1, 5 Pin,6 and 16 Amps, flush type complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials & labour for switch piano flush button 6 Amps single pole, 1 way complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for ceiling rose surface bakelite, 65 x 50mm, three terminals complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing MCB DB (Double door) SPN, 4 way , 200 A rated IP-43,IK-09, sheet steel with bus bar, din rail, neutral link and earth bar with fitting & fixtures all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix MCB single pole 32 amps, 240 volts, 10 KA, 'C' series with all incoming / outgoing connections with proper size of lugs complete all as specified as directed.

Supply and fix MCB single pole & neutral 6 to 32 amps, 240 volts, 10 KA, 'C' series with all incoming / outgoing connections with proper size of lugs complete inculding taking down the old unserviceable one all as specified as directed

Supply, Laying,connecting,testing and commissioning of XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed ,armoured heavy duty UG cable with stranded alluminium conductors 10 sqmm x 2 core,1100 Volt grade, laid in trenches / surface / wall / roof / pole / through pipee,compleate all as specified and as directed Note :- (i) Pipe and bricks for cable protection and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately as per site .

Supply and lay GI pipe 50 mm bore light grade in trenches/road/surface/pole/wall crossing for protection of cable with necessary fittings as requiredcomplete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for earthing with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below GL) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, earth lead wire protected by and including 15mm dia GI pipe (Light grade) and 20mm dia GI pipe (medium grade) for watering and connected to control switch as directed including necessary earthwork as in soft/loose soil, concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre cast RCC (1:1.5:3) type A1 cover slab duly reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 100mm C/C both way and two Nos lifting handle made of 12mm dia TMT bar and set in cement mortar (1:4), funnel, wire mesh, char coal or coke and salt in alternate layer, testing, etc complete all as specified in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I.

Supply and fixing LED lights fitting 1x 20W, 220V, AC decorative box type with driver and integrated tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTES :- 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc, required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule 'A' notes for details.
