Cutting the existing surface wall of brick/stone masonary and making round hole at any height suitable for fixing 300 to 450 mm sweep exhaust fan including providing nut, bolt and washers after grouting in PCC including stainless steel jali of required size fixed in wooden frame to avoid insects, fixed to outer surface of wall and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting to ceiling fan complete body, blades & down rod etc of any sweep/make/model with two coat of synthetic enamel paint by using electric spray gun machine to match with existing colour after preparation surfaces including marking of MES Number with black paint complete all as specified and directed directed. (Note:-Painting work to be carried out after dismantling of ceiling fan)

Taking down storage type water heater (Geyser) 25 Ltrs capacity of any make/model/type from existing wall after disconnecting of electric and water supply connections and keeping the same in safe custody for carry out repairs/replacement of unserviceable spare parts & components such as heating element, thermostat,pilot lamps with wiring,insulating glass wool, thermal cut out,pressure release valve,safety valve,aperature plate assembly etc and exmine water tightness of inner storage tank after cleaning and renewal of rubber washer/gasket and nut,bolts and washers etc and adjust to required range of thermostat control and assembling all parts/ accessories including fixing back in same location after connecting up of water & electric connections and testing for its satisfatory functioning complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Spare parts will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of schedule as supply only (ii) Labour element for fixing of spare parts and removing old unserviceable items are deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item.
