Providing and Laying Gravel soling to compacted thick including cost & Conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by Power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction at optimum moisture content and hire & fuel charges for power roller, water sprinkler and all other incidental charges such as traffic barricading and providing danger lights et., complete

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Providing and laying of prime coat using Emulsion at the rate of 7 Kg per ten square meter over the WMM surface preparatory to another bituminous construction over it.

Providing and laying Tack coat over WMM surface(treated with primer) using 2.5Kg of bitumen emulsion RS-1 for 10sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc.,

BC 25/30/40 mm Thick (Grade - II) using VG 30 Bitumen and plastic waste providing and laying Bituminous concrete to 30/40mm thick using 0.13 Cum of 19.00 - 9.50 mm, 0.17 Cum of 9.50 - 2.36 mm and 0.26 C

Providing and laying of hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @250gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 354. the finished surface to be level uniform and free from streaks and holes etc complete as per MORT & H specification No.803

Supplying and erecting centering for sides centering for soffits of RCC slabs of plane surface like lintels, beams, etc., including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm x and B.G 10 stiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm X 25mm X 3mm laid over silver oak (CW) joists of size 10cm X 6.5cm (spaced at about 90 cm c/c) and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia (spaced of 75cm C/C) complying with standard specification.

CC 1:2:4 mix using 20mm ISS HBG metal for RCC items of work excluding items of works excluding centering.shuttering and cost of reinforcement grill out including curing etc., complete and also including fixing fan clamps and mixtures in RCC works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer., etc., complete

Provision for Bitumen Pad

Maintenance after completion of work the road sufrace and shoulder to be maintained in proper condition to make them free from excessive edge drop offs, roughness, scouring and pot holes and cleaning of surface drain including culverts for frre flow of water. Relettering name boards and K.M & H.M stone and other maintenance operation required to keep the road traffic worthly at all the time for the maintenance period for the following years.
