Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, pillars, arches etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section of framed work, in any position complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of rolled mild steel in roof trusses (framed), angle, Tee , flat etc as in trusses, purlin crane gantries, rails and fastenings etc confirming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality 'B' including distance pieces, plates, cleats etc complete including dismantling existing wooden work of any description complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of rolled mild steel as in plate girder or single stanchions, built up of one beam or channel section with flange plates, caps, bases. splices, angle brackets, cleats and other connections etc. of Fe- 410W (Gde-250) quality 'B' complete including dismantling existing wooden work of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75mm thick cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floor for lay floor finish complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for pre-polished pavement coloured tiles glossy finish of size not less than 300 x 300 x 20-22mm thick with anti skid properties laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L applying 2 to 3 mm thick of wall putty for preparation of old/new surfaces of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls (plastered) by brooming down with core wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and finally clean with sand paper complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The work will be carried out upto triple storey builing. The rate of scafolding is deemed to be included in the quoted rates for this item.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment from wall upto plaster surface by electric sand paper grinder, washing, rubbing down and stopping of existing treatment including cleaning of mortar drops, smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots etc and preparation of plastered surfaces finally rubbed and smooth with sand paper complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The work will be carried out upto triple storey builing. The rate of scafolding is deemed to be included in the quoted rates for this item.

M & L two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer any tint on walls complete all as specified in SSR Part I and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note : Applying coat after completion of preparation of surface as per item No 21 as above and stage has to be passed by Engr-in-charge before laying coat complete all as specified and directed.) OBD to be applied from company approved applicator.

M & L one coat of oil bound distemper in any tint on walls complete all as specified in SSR Part I and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note : Applying coat after completion of preparation of surface as per item No 20 as above and stage has to be passed by Engr-in-charge before laying coat complete all as specified and directed.) OBD to be applied from company approved applicator.

M & L two coat of cement base paint on external wall surfaces over a coat of primer complete all as specified in SSR Part I and directed by Engr-in-Charge. M & L for water proofing treatment on roof slab including picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust & providing water proofing treatment described as under:- (a) Surface preparation:- The surface to receive the treatment shall be thoroughly free of laitance, scales, oil or any other loose material. It should be made free of any sharp object. Cleaning of PCC shall be done with wire brushing to attain smooth levelled surface. Cracks shall be rectified, filled using dual shrinkage compensated Repair Mortar and dried for 72 hours before laying the membrane. (b) Grout:- Providing chemical injection treatment in the form of pressure grouting to the construction joint and cracked portion at 1m c/c by injecting cement slurry mixed with dual shrinkage compensated cementitious grout injection grout additive, in the required consistency through the pre fixed PVC nozzles in the 18mm dia holes, fixing of PVC nozzles with instant setting cement. (c) Angle Fillets:- Providing and making of fillet, 50mm x 50mm on sharp corner of terrace with cement sand polymer mortar (add "multipurpose mortar", 10% by weight of cement). First apply the bonding coat of multi purpose polymer 5-10% diluted in water and add to cement slurry. Apply the bonding slurry and apply the polymer mortar over the sharp edges.

(d) Treatment of pipe entry points:- Preparing the inside surface of core and PVC MS Pipe by roughening using suitable sand paper to get better adhesion prior to packing works. Cleaning the surface by wire brushing followed water jet to remove any laitance or losely flaky particles. Packing the gap using free flowable non shrink cement polymer based grout upto the surface of the bore while bonding agent is in tacky state, the periphery of PVC pipe should be sealed with Hybrid PU sealent or dual shrinkage compensated Micro Concrete. (e) Application of two component Epoxy Primer (Resin & Hardener) on the cleaned surface for bonding of polyurethene with the existing concrete surface. 33% water dilution is recommended with the pure mixed primer. The primer mixing ratio will be 1:3 (Resin : hardener). (f) Supplying, providing and applying waterproofing treatment to roof area with single component highly elastomeric seamless cold applied modified PU coating complete as per manufacturer's specifications and application methodology. The same coating shall be applied in two coats achieving a total thickness of 1mm. The coating shall have a dual combination of 280% elongation, Material Coverage 1.2 Kg / Sqm for two coats. Makes:- Sika, Fosroc, STP, Choksey, Maruti, Asian Paints, MAPEI, Bostik.

S & F PVC (SWR) pipe 110 mm bore, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints and jointed with approved adhesive and laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and directed.
