Material and labour for Vitrified Ceramic tiles 8 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar 1:6 over brushing with neat cement slurry with 3.00 Kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement plaster, of any description on brick or stone walls, etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with watercomplete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour glazed ceramic colured tiles (300x450 x 7mm thick) on dado & skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10 mm thick rendering with rough finished in cement mortar 1:4 to received tile complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling, mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour Brick work with sub-class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix Steel work in tubular trusses, Purlin, rafter etc including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified & directed.

SCH 'A' PART-II (E/M WORK) Supply and installation, testing and commissioning of walk in cold room of two chambers, suitable for operation on single phase 230 volts, 50Hz frequency for medical storage of nominal size 12' (feet) x10' (feet) x 8' (feet) consisting of wall and ceiling panel made out of PGI sheet filled with 60 mm PUF insulation, anti skid GI flooring on 60mm PUF, door of suitable dimension, hydraulic door closer, digital temperature indicator, Air cooled medium temperatue split unit of 3HP rating with Reciprocating/ Scoll compressors working on R-22/R-410a refrigerants to maintain temperature of 4+/-2 degree Centigrades at an ambient temperatue of 30 degree centigrade complete all as specified & directed..
