CINDER & WATER PROOFING

Providing waterproofing treatment to sunken portion of floor and sides at toilets/Kitchen and similar locations using TAPECRETE, first coat ( slurry coat ) of 1 Tapecrete : 2 cement followed by brushed coat of 1 Tapecrete : 2 cement : 2 silica sand applied to bottom and sides including preparation of surface, curing etc. including providing 15 mm cement plaster in cement mortar 1 : 3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) over treated tapecrete surface with guarantee against leakage, seepage etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of Site Engineer.

Scrapping & removing old water proofing treatment including damaged thermocole base and removing the debris upto a distance of 3 Km as directed.

Providing & laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, 3mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 ltr/sqm. by the same membrane manufactured of density at 25°C, 0.87 - 0.89 kg/ltr and viscocity 70 - 160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 350/300 N/5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane.

PLAIN CONCRETE WORK

Providing and laying cement concrete, grade of mix 1:3:6 (1 cement :3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), in foundation, floors, bed of drains, including ramming, de-watering, shuttering, shoring, strutting, curing etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of Site Engineer.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 10 mm down size) mixed with approved brand of water proofing compound @ 1kg/bag of cement, in roof grading, coping, in bed concrete etc at all heights & depths, including providing centering and shuttering, scaffolding, watering, curing, vibrating, etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of Site Engineer.

REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE

Providing and laying structural reinforced cement concrete work (1:1.5:3) conforming to IS:456 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) at all heights and depth for construction of beams, columns, staircases chajja, roof slabs, facia, canopies, fins, porch, water tank etc. including providing centering, shuttering, staging, scaffolding, form work etc compacting with mechanical vibrator, curing etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of Site Engineer. (Payment for Reinforcement shall be made as per relevant item of SOR).

b) In superstructure at all floors for maximum staging height of 10 M

Supplying and providing reinforcement (for reinforced cement concrete works) Thermo-mechanically treated (TMT) HCR/CRS Fe 500D bars conforming to IS:1786 including initial straightening of coiled/uncoiled bars, removal of loose rust, cutting, bending to correct size & shape, binding with 18 gauge G.I. wire at each intersection and placing at any position, at any height and depth complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of Site Engineer.

Supplying and using water proofing compound like cico, puddle or any other approved brand with cement plaster / CC / RCC complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per specifications and direction of Site Engineer.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting, placing and fixing in position M.S. structural works using rolled/ built up sections for truss, claddings, bracings, purlins, supporting frames made of joists, tubes, pipes, channels, angles, plates,flats, bars etc. including cutting to required size welding of joints, fixing anchor plates, including bolts, theading, nuts, washers, sleeves etc. including preparation of detailed fabrication drawings & submission to Engineer-in-charge for approval before start of fabrication, supplying & applying painting with two coats of epoxy paint "EPILUX 155 High Build Enamel over a coat of EPILUX 610 Primer of M/s Berger or any other approved equivalent make as per manufacturer#s recommendation, complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of Site Engineer. (excluding the cost of concrete work).

Providing 50 mm thick precast cement concrete jali 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 coarse sand:4 stone aggregate 6mm nominal size) reinforced with 1.6 mm dia mild steel wire including centering and shuttering, roughening, cleaning, fixing and finishing in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of Site Engineer.

BRICK WORKS

"Providing and laying cement concrete block masonary with blocks of class designation D(5.0) in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 Coarse sand) atall heights and depths laid to proper position, line, level includingnecessary scaffolding, staging, raking out of joints, curing, etccomplete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials,equipment, tools, tackles etc. as per specifications and directions of Site Engineer."

b) In superstructure all floors, mumty parapet etc at all heights with maximum staging height of 10 m.

Brick work with bricks of class designation 50 in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) at all heights and depths laid to proper position line, level as per the drawings and specifications including providing necessary scaffolding, staging, raking out of joints, curing etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of Site Engineer.

a) With Burnt clay flyash bricks conforming to IS:13757 in superstructure all floors, mumty parapet etc at all heights with maximum staging height of 10 m. Note: This item shall only be operated on specific instructions of EIC.

Supplying and laying flat brick soling in foundation trenches, in floors, garages, sumps, etc., with bricks of class designation 50 laid to proper slope, level and grade etc. filling of the joints with approved quality sand etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of Site Engineer.

ANODISED ALUMINIUM WORK

Providing and fixing fully glazed window made of powder coated (70 microns) Ivory / White / Coloured (approved shade) standard Aluminium section of JINDAL/ INDALCO/ AJIT INDIA/ HINDALCO or equivalent approved make fixed with necessary galvanised iron lugs embedded in cement concrete block of size 15x10x10cms in 1:2:4 mix or with rawl plug and screws or nuts and bolts as required including providing and fixing 5 mm thick smoke glass panes fitted with rubber gasket, glazing clips, neoprene cushion, aluminium handles, special locking arrangements, guides, all round weather strips etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of Site Engineer. ( The item includes GI mesh as per drawing.)

a) Openable/ sliding type shutter with 5 mm thick glass

Providing and fixing fully glazed single/double leaf doors (one side or both side opening)made of powder coated (70 microns) Ivory / White / Coloured (approved shade) with 5.5 mm thick plain glass (best Indian make ) fitted and fixed with box type 101.6 x 44.45 x3.18 mm Aluminium frame (JINDAL/ HINDALCO/AJIT INDIA) with snap beading and glazing clips, anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS-1868, neoprene cushion, top pivot, locking arrangement hand rail, all accessories etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of Site Engineer. Aluminium doors provided for toilet shall consist of single layer of 5.5 mm thick frosted glass in place of transparant or coloured glass, for which no extra payment shall be made.

Providing and fixing louver type glazed ventilator made of powder coated (70micrones) Ivory / White / Coloured (approved shade) standard Aluminium section of JINDAL/INDALCO/ AJIT INDIA/ HINDALCO or equivalent approved make fixed with necessary galvanised iron lugs embedded in cement concrete block of size 15x10x10cms in 1:2:4 mix or with rawl plug and screws or nuts and bolts as required including providing and fixing 5 mm thick glass in the louver panes and wire mesh shutter at inside of the main wall frame with rubber gasket, frame, aluminium handles, peg stays etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of Site Engineer.

FLOORING

Providing and fixing Ist quality vitrified/ ceramic glazed wall tiles 5mm thickness conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make, colours, sizes as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in dado, skirting, risers of steps over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete as per specification and directions of Engineer-in-Charge/Site Engineer.

Providing & laying 1st quality vitrified/ ceramic glazed floor tiles (for use in washrooms) of size 300x300 mm conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge, laid over 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand ), including pointing the joints with white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade etc. complete as per specification and directions of Engineer-in-Charge/Site Engineer.

Providing and laying Polished Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make (kajaria or equivalent make), in all colours & shade, in flooring, skirting, riser of steps, over 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand), including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge/Site Engineer.

b) Size of Tile 600x600 mm

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut mirror polished ( premoulded and prepolished) machine cut granite stone of any colour and shade for kitchen platform, vanity counters, window sills, facias, risers and treads, wash basin / working counter, urninal partitions ,skirting and similar locations of required size, of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edge to give high gloss finish, including providing opening for wash basin, sink, fittings and fixtures, recesses etc. complete at all levels.

Supplying and providing Kota stone slab (machinecut edges) 25 mm avg thick, 1 to 2 long suitable for flooring, use in steps, treads, etc over a base layer of 20 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry complete in all respect including rounding of edges, rubbing, polishing, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE : Single piece of stone slab shall be used for each riser and tread.

Supplying & filling coarse sand under floors, in foundations and plinth including cost-of sand, royalty, transportation, loading, unloading, spreading in layers not exceeding 20 cm., watering, ramming, compacting, dressing and levelling etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per drawings, specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

FINISHING

Providing 15 mm thick plaster to internal & external walls at all heights/depths with cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 fine sand) finished smooth/rough including raking out joints, rounding off and chamfering corners, making drip course moulding, roughening of brick surface, curing for etc. complete as per specifications.

Providing 6mm thick plain faced in cement plaster in CM 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) on underside of ceiling and other concrete surfaces including scaffolding, finishing smooth, curing all complete as per specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing neat coat of cement punning over the plastered surfaces complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per specification and direction of Site Engineer.

Extra for providing grooves of uniform size 12 x 12 mm and upto 15x15 mm in plaster of size as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nail to the under layer including removal of wooden battens repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing galvanized chicken wire net 20 gauge, 20mm mesh in plastering work at the junction of RCC columns/beams & brick work as directed by Site Engineer.

Supplying and applying three coats of super acrylic emulsion paint like RANGOLI of Berger or any other approved equivalent brand, of required shade on newly plaster surface including preparation of base surface with putty, two coats of cement primer, scaffolding etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per manufacturer#s recommendations, specification and direction of Site Engineer.

Supplying and applying three coats of textured exterior paints like "Weather coat of Berger", or other equivalent approved brand, of required shade including necessary base coat, scrapping of surface thoroughly, curing, scaffolding etc. complete in all respects inclusive of cost of all labour, materials, tools, tackles etc. as per manufacturer#s recommendations, specification and direction of Site Engineer.

Wood Works & Related Works:

Providing and fixing in position builtup cup board, internal framework, shelves, drawers, layon slides partitions and shutters 19 mm thick prelaminated block board of BWP Grade, Decorative Type (BWP-DEC) of approved quality or equivalent stamped with IS-1659: 2004 (latest Edition) and prelamination should conform to IS-2046:1995 (latest Edition) and 3mm thick teak wood lipping at all edges of the board with polish/enamel paint fixed with water resistant adhesive on inside and external face as per approved shade including piano type hinges 19x25mm, best quality teak wood lipping around the shutter edges, 20mm dia chrome plated MS coat hanger rod, magnetic ball catchers, brass tower bolt, knobs,handles with SS roses 150 mm x 19 mm dia (Ref.
