Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre. of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. 2 coats

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Providing and laying gang saw cut 18 mm thick, mirror polished pre-moulded and pre polished machine cut granite stone of required size and shape of approved shade, colour and texture in footpath, flooring in road side plazas and similar locations, laid over 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. With granite stone of area less than 0.50 sqm.

Providing & fixing Roller blinds (Premium quality) of approved make with heavy duty roller brackets & necessary fixtures. Warranty for roller mechanism & others accessaries shall be for One year from date of installation. [AS PER SAMPLE AVAILABLE AT SITE] [Payment will be made on actual Mesurement basis. Windows mesurement to be taken before installation of roller blinds for achieving one piece work. ]

Providing and fixing sun control films 1.5 mil thick garware film on window glasess without damaging rubber gaskets, handle , friction hinged etc complete including neccesary scafolding job is to be complited as per garware film specification and as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approvedmake, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

WOODEN PARTITION WITH TOUGHEN GLASS : Providing, fabricating, and erecting wooden partition of the required height, partly glazed with 8mm/12 mm thick toughened glass and partly panelled, or fully panelled, as per the approved drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The partition shall consist of a 50 mm × 50 mm teak wood framework placed at approximately 600 mm c/c or as required at site. The panelled portion shall be finished on both sides with 8 mm thick commercial plywood of approved make and quality, complete with 12 mm/16 mm grooves as per approved design. The glazed portion shall be fixed with 8mm/12 mm thick clear toughened glass, secured using 30 mm × 12 mm teak wood beading on both sides, complete with all necessary fittings include all necessary factory-made cut-outs/openings (counter/pass-through openings), drilled holes, notches, and polished edges as required at site for fixing hardware and providing service windows, complete in all respects .The partition shall include 125 mm × 12 mm teak wood skirting on both sides at the bottom and 125 mm × 20 mm teak wood top member/filler to suit the junction between the partition and the wall/ceiling, complete in all respects. The item shall also include a 35 mm thick hollow-core flush door of the required size with 75 mm × 50 mm teak wood door frame, complete with necessary teak wood beading, frosted film (where required), SS hinges, mortise lock with handles, tower bolts, Everite or equivalent door closer, stopper, and all other necessary hardware, fittings, fixtures, consumables, labour, scaffolding, and finishing, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing 1.5 mm thick approved laminate of required colour over existing surfaces along with the adhesive all as required specification design etc. complete as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge

Providing & fixing approved quality machine pressed phenol formaldehyde bonded commercial/marine plywood of approved size and fixing the same with necessary nails/screws/adhesive in partition cupboard shelves/ktichen cabinets/flush doors etc. at all floors and locations in quantities as required at site in following thickness including 6 mm thick T.W.lipping patti at all exposed edges with nails/screws/hardwares/adhesive wastage in cutting , transportation etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. 19mm thick ply

WOODEN CABINET/ Pedistrals/ cupboards 600 mm width Providing & fixing cabinet made up of 19 mm. Commercial ply of approved make for top, bottom, sides & shelves & 8 mm commercial ply approved make for back side Door shutter made up of 19 mm thick commercial ply and outer surfaces and top of shelves for open type cabinet should be laminated with 1.5 mm thick approved plastic laminate sheet of required colour including all brass fittings such as hinges, tower bolts, ball catches, stopper, SS handle 4”, kNosbs ,approved by Engineer-In-Charge etc. and all exposed edges lipping with 6mm Thick T.W. lipping patti locking arrangement with Godrej multipurpose lock etc. all complete as specified & directed by Engineer-In-Charge.( Full height storage and Low height floor mounted storage). Design should be prepared as per actual measurement and get it approved from EIC, ACTREC.
