Excavation in foundation,trenches up to all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work,jumper work,saturated soil including bailing and pumping out water, blasting soft/hard rock or chiseling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming & dressing of sides, levelling of beds to correct grade i/c shoring/ strutting,planking, timbering & dewatering wherever required, stacking the useable of unuseable material/ soil separately & after excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation returning the excavated soil after laying jointing testing of pipes in trenches in 15 Cm layers including consolidating of each deposited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus Excavated soil/unusable material as directed with in all leads & lifts including restoration of unmetalled surfaces to its original condition & including cost of diversion for traffic,night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects with in all leads & lifts as per the entire satisfaction & directions of Engineer- in- charge.

Laying , jointing, testing and Carriage of HDPE pipes in trenches to required grades as per IS: 4984-1995 latest with up to date amendments of following OD pipes, material grade and class of pipes including all fittings like end caps, collars & cut pieces etc. complete in all respects. The jointing of pipes should be done by way of butt fusion welding as per relevant IS Code and specifications complete job in all respect as per the directions and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

walls any thickness but not less than 0.1 mtrs. thickness attached pillasters , plinths and string courses etc.from top of foundation level upto floor two level in all leads and lifts .

Providing and laying designed cement concrete MIX of M30 in not less than 1:1.5:3 and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth complete in all respects with in all leads & lifts as per the entire satisfaction & directions of Engineer- in- charge.

Providing and laying precast slab in designed cement concrete MIX of M30 in not less than 1:1.5:3 and curing complete excluding cost of form work complete in all respects with in all leads & lifts as per the entire satisfaction & directions of Engineer- in- charge.

Providing form work form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centering ,shuttering, propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 meters and removal of the same for-in-situ reinforced concrete and plaiin concrete work including carriage of merial within all lead / lift as per the deriction and statisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Vertical walls any thickness but not less than 0.1 mtrs. thickness attached pillasters , plinths and string courses etc.from top of foundation level upto floor two level in all leads and lifts .

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors roofs landings and the like floors etc. up to 200 mm in thickness.

Providing in RCC Work smooth finishing of the exposed surface with cement mortor 1:3 (1 cement: 3 sand) complete job in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Laying, jointing and testing of GMS/MS tube in trenches (light/Medium grade) of following dia meter including providing and fixing tube fitting such as bends, tees, air valves, unions and collars etc. including carraige of GI pipes as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge (earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately) in all leads and lifts.

Providing, laying and fixing of Cast Iron Sluice Valve (with hand wheel) of various dia of Leader make PN- 1.0 with flange table - 5 conforming to relevent code as per specification with nuts & bolts and Gasket including complete process of fixing new valve by all means complete job in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Constructing Chamber for Sluice Valve with CI suface box 100mm top dia, 160mm bottom dia 180mm deep (inside) with chained lid RCC top 1:2:4 MIX (1Cement:2 Sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) 100mm thick foundation concrete 1:5:10 MIX (1Cement:5 Sand: 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and inside plastring with cement mortar 1:3 (1Cement: 3Sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement i/c curing complete in all respect within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Size 600 X 600 X 750 mm inside size with 150mm thick walls of RCC 1:2:4 (1Cement:2 Sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) complete with form work and rainforcement with 6mm bars at not exceeding 150mm centres both ways.
