Repairing of 100 KVA 3 phase Servo voltage Stabilizer of pumping station Nadian D/Well. The job includes disconnecting of incoming and outgoing power cables and making temporary system to run the system /carriages of servo voltage stabilizer by head load by using wooden log/rope from pumping station to road side and stack at safe place Then shifting of voltage Stabilizer by(deptt. Vehicle to Jammu workshop). Dismantling of the stabilizer at workshop by lifting of transformer assembly from the oil tank with the help of chain pulley block and manual labour. Complete rewinding of 02 No. main coil by using superior quality of material, replacement of 03Nos. Servo motor complete in all respects. Replacement of 02 No. Dimmer complete in all respect as per size. Repairing and servicing of other regulators, making of internal connection P/F of 01No. Amperemetre(0-250Amp.)P/F of 02No. Voltmetre range from(0-500V)then assembling the voltage stabilizer. Providing and filling 210 ltrs of fresh T oil to top up the level. Making of power connections with proper thimbling. Testing the voltage stabilizer on no load followed on full load. Installation Testing and Commissioning of voltage Stabilizer at site of work.The complete job including cost of materials,labours charges and less rebate on old materials parts.
