Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster including backing etc from brick/stone walls / concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key , scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed

Aluminium anodised snap grid frame work of size of size 605 mm X 605 mm as in false ceiling, flat or sloping (pattern as per manufacturer's catalogue/ instructions), cutting holes for electrical fittings fixed on and including aluminium tee of size 25mmX25mmX1.50 mm as main runner, aluminium tee of size 25mmX25mmX1.25 mm as cross runner and aluminium angle of size 25mmX25mmX1.25mm at the perimeter suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with hangers 6 mm dia galvanised (length as per site requirement) adjusting level fixed to roof by means of ceiling cleats made out of galvanised iron flat 40 mm X 3 mm size, 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia, 40 mm long including necessary scaffolding all as specified and directed.

Gypsum Board 12mm thick in ceiling fixed with screw as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed.

40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in floor finish, surface finished even and fair to receive top finish complete all as specified and directed.

Vitrified ceramic tiles (light shade) 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm as directed by EIC, as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Vitrified ceramic tiles (light shade) 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm as directed by EIC, as in skirting/vertical surfaces etc , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450mm x 350 mm x 7mm / 350mm x 250 mm x 7mm thick as in skirting/vertical surfaces etc , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Size/Shade/Colour of tile shall be approved by the GE.

Mat finish, premium quality, joint free (edge cut), coloured/ printed Non -Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and including 15mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) including necessary cutting and waste as per site requirement pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick of size not less than 550 mm X 550 mm as per sample kept in GE’s office, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab, as in floor etc, laid over and including 15mm screed layer in cement mortar 1:6 including cutting, rubbing, grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish complete, all as specified.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring with white boarder lining 20-25 mm thick as per sample kept in GE’s office, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab,as in in skirting, dados, risers to steps etc, laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 including cutting, rubbing, grinding and polishing to achieve mirror finish complete, all as specified.

Vitreous China Urinal, Half stall type, white with grating and union for discharge pipe including flush pipe and waste pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

Grating doom 100mm dia of PTMT (Minimum weight 25gms) complete all as specified and directed.
