Construction of Hundaipurwa link road.

Earth work in embankment in ordinary soil, excavation to be done in form of regular pits not exceeding 1/2 M. in depth and work of embankment to be 20 cm layers including ramming & dressing the surfce to the required levels & slopes and including 1.5 m lift and 30 m. lead from the cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks with in 30 m. distance as directed by Engineer-in-charge for proper completion of work.

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable material.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Providing ,Laying ,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 63-45 mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing ,rolling with Smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber ,applying and brooming ,Stone screening,binding materials to fill up theinterstices of coarse aggregate ,watering and compacting to the required density

Providing ,Laying ,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53-22.4 mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing ,rolling with Smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber ,applying and brooming ,Stone screening to fill up the nterstices of coarse aggregate ,watering and compacting to the required density

Brick edging on both sides of the road with first class bricks 8 cm wide & 12 cm deep laid with mudmortar including labour & supply of bricks finished to required template and in proper alingment and also including dressing & ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer - in -charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70kg/sqm usingmannual means .

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) using bitumen pressure Distributer at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with hydraulic broom .

Providing laying & rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line ,grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant ,laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat .

Providing and laying seal coat 'C' Type sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall .
