Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding allcomplete above plinth level.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more
Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under including cutting the patch in proper shape and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground with all leads and lifts including finishing even and smooth and curing complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge:-With cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ).

Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge and consisting of applying : (a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. (b) laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. (c) third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/sqm mixed with water proofingcement compound @ 0.670 kg/sqm and fine sand @1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30 cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around. (d) fourth and final layer of brick tiling with cement mortar (which will be paid for separately. For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured.
Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty: i)Float glass panes of thickness 4 mm

Providing and fixing factory made P.V.C. door frame of size 50x47mm with a wall thickness of 5mm, made out of extruded 5mm rigid PVC foam sheet mitred at corners and joined with 2 Nos. of 150mm long brackets of 15x15mm M.S. square tube, the vertical door profiles to be reinforced with 19×19mm MS square tube of 19 gauge, EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame . The door frame to be fixed to the wall usuing MS screws of 65/100 mm size complete as per manufacturers' specification and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
25mm thick PVC flush door shutters upto 737mm width of colour and shade as approved by Engineer-in charge made out of a one piece Multi chamber extruded PVC section of the size of 762mm X 25mm or less as per requirement with an average wall thickness of 1 mm ± 0.3 mm . PVC foam end cap of size 23 × 10 mm are provided on both vertical edges to ensure the overall thickness of 25 mm . An MS tube having dimensions 19mm × 19 mm is insetred along the hinge side of the door. Core of the door shutter should be filled with High Density Polyurethane foam. The Top & Bottom edges of the shutter are covered with an end-cap of the size 25×11 mm . Door shutter shall be reinforced with special polymeric reinforcements as per manufacturers' specification and drawing to take up necessary hardware and fixtures complete. Stickers indicating the locations of hardware will be pasted at appropriate places.
Providing and applying cement slurry on old CC / RCC / Brick works in joints to receive new and fresh CC / RCC / Brick works including roughening and cleaning the old surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.
Distempering with 1st quality washable acrylic distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on old work ( one or more coats ), to give an even shade as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.
Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade of approved brand and manufacture on old work ( one or more coats ) including preparation of surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.
Painting with synthetic enamel paint ( one or more coats ) of required colour of approved brand and manufacture on old work to give an even shade including preparation of surface as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.
Painting ( one or more coat ) with black japan paint of approved brand and manufacture on old work to give an even shade as required complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.
Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases upto floor five level excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement-
i) 1:1½:3 ( 1 Cement: 1½ fine sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)
ii) Cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)
Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching ,refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge
i) 20mm nominal outer dia pipes
ii) 32 mm nominal outer dia .Pipes.
Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - -All work upto plinth level: 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement: 2 fine sand : 4 graded well burnt brick aggregate 20 mm nominal size)
