Taken down the existing fan from its original position i.e, Ceiling / Wall and re-fixing the same after overhauling and repairing: 48'' sweep Ceiling Fan

Washing and cleaning different fan blade,cover/ net with soap and water.

Overhauling Cleaning , greasing ,baking ,heat varnishing the 48'' sweep ceiling fans including testing.

Overhauling Cleaning ,washing, greasing ,baking ,heat varnishing the 9" / 12'' / 24" sweep Exhaust fans 12'' / 16" sweep Wall bracket fan including testing.

Opening the fans, cutting burnt out coil from stator, cleaning the stator, testing, rewinding by supplying super enamelled copper wire of appropriate gauge, minilex paper mica sheet, changing the loops overhauling ,greasing ,backing ,heat varnishing and refitting the same & testing. 48’’ sweep AC ceiling fans

Supply & fixing of new bush bearing against defective one as and where it will be neccessary.

Supply and fixing of new shaft in place of old shaft on lathe with necessary machining and processing.

Fan stator Shaft welding,lathe cutting and polishing.)

Making proper curving, straightening of defective fan blade and its sang to original finish at Co.’s Workshop.

Changing the starting and running coil loop including the side connection wire and also heat varnishing complete as per E.I.C.

Supply and replacing of ceiling fan Canopy/cups (White/brown) with High Quality Plastic Materials as per direction of EIC. Make- Pmw/Generic

S & F 16 SWG GI Safety Wire with necy.Nut- bolt - Washers etc. as approved by PWD as per direction of EIC

S/F of 1/2'' dia. PVC Flexible pipe from ceiling rose to top canopy of ceiling fan.

S/F New Ceiling rose with replacement of old one & necessary connection of Ceiling fan (Approved Make).

S/Drawing of 2X1.5sq.mm.downrod wire from ceiling rose to connector.

Loading, Unloading & Carrying charges from site to Co's workshop with to & fro.
