Clearing grass and removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area

Demolishing cement concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix including disposal of material within 50 m lead.

Earthwork in excavation by mechanical/manual means in all types of strata comprising any of the materials such as soil, silt,sand,clay, gravels, moorum, of all verities, shingles, pebbles, all types of conglomerates, laterite, rock, soft rock, disintegrated rock, fissured, shattered, decomposed rock or weathered rock and all such other materials either in full or in parts as the case may be adopting any approved method or methods as may be convenient or permitted inclusive of chiselling wedging etc but blasting prohibited in all conditions such as dry, moist, saturated Submerged, foul conditions etc. including pumping or bailing out water,including setting out construction of shoring and bracing removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing sides and bottom, and backfilling the excavated earth to the extent required and disposing of the remaining excavated soil/rock as directed by the Engineer-in Charge for all lifts and lead upto 200 mt as specified and directed etc. complete.

Rubble packing with hard laterite stone under floors including watering ramming and consolidating etc. in pipeline trenches and other foundations complete.

Centering & shuttering including Strutting, Propping & removal of forms for: i)Foundations, Footings, Bases for columns

ii)Vertical surfaces such as retaing walls, return walls, Partitions, walls (any thickness) including attached Pilasters, Buttresses, Plinth and string courses, Fillets and the like

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic or basaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in: a)All works upto plinth level

b)In retaining walls , return walls(any thk) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets etc, upto floor five level.

Providing and fixing weepholes with rigid PVC make laid in position with a required slope and level while layingpipes of approved the concrete of retaining wall,wing wall and earth retainig strucure complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying constructions joints with 20 mm thick thermocol sheets including cutting and placing in position etc. complete

Providing and laying Laterite stone aggregate of Minimum 20x20x20 cm to cover the weepholes on the Earth side of Retaining wall inorder to act as filter media.
