Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

E.M.D shall be paid at the time of uploading of Tender itself. Micro and small enterprises registered with NSIC under single point vender registration are exempted from Paying EMD

The Prices quoted are to be kept valid for 180 Days from the date of opening of price bid for placement of order

Prices are FIRM. The rate shall be quoted separately slot provided on KPPP inclusive of GST as per Annexure-B and are negotiable

Payment terms. On Monthly basis. To be accepted for payment after 10 days from the date of receipt and acceptance of all relevant documents along with the bill

Technical Criteria

Past Experience

Performance Certificate issued from State or Central Government/ PSUs/ Government undertaking organizations for Labour Service or any such similar service

Satisfactory Performance Certificate

The tenderer should not be in Blacklist or Defaulter in any department of Government of INDIA /Karnataka/ESCOMS

Others -- Self-Declaration copy duly signed has to be Uploaded

Capabilities of Vendor

GST Registration Certificate. Registration No. to be furnished and Copy of certificate to be Uploaded

GST Registration

ESI, PF Account Nos. to be furnished and tenderer should take Group Insurance for those workers deputed for work at KAVIKA

Valid EPF Certificate

Micro or Small or Medium or Large Scale Enterprises Registration copy issued by CENTRAL /STATE Government

Others -- Registration Copy to be uploaded If applicable.

Experience certificate for Providing Labour service on Piece works basis or any such similar service in any of the State or Central Government/ PSUs/ Government undertaking organizations

Others -- Tenderer shall upload the certificate issued form the competent authorities

Registered with Assistant Labour Commissioner, GOK Under Contract Labor (R&A) Act 1970 and Karnataka Rules 1974

Others -- Copy of certificate of Registration of the Firm to be uploaded

Tenderer who is participating for the first time to KAVIKA, Tenderer has to submit along with the tender, the details of complete company profile duly attested by the officer concerned. Applicable for Manufacturer, KAVIKA Technical Team may visit the company and certify that the company is capable to manufacture as per our requirement. Applicable for Manufacturer,The tenderer shall get the sample approved by KAVIKA before placement of Purchase Order Applicable for new Tenderer

Audited Accounts for financial year 2022-2023, 2023-2024 and 2024-25. CA certified audited accounts with Financial statement shall be uploaded. The details shall be uploaded

Audited CA Certificate of Annual Turnover

The Liquid Assets consisting of Cash at Bank , Term Deposits , availability of fund based credit facilities as on 01.04.2026 or as latest as possible shall not be less than 1.70 Lakhs
