SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I: B/R WORKS

Removing existing treatment any type, any thickness and their Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor or concrete surfaces by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc.

Brushing neat cement slurry with 3 Kg., of cement per square metre on 10th Storey

Rendering 10 mm thick on concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with WPC as directed and finished Even and smooth to receive water proof treatment upto 9th floor complete all as specified upto 9th floor. [NOTE: Supply only WPC shall be measured and paid separately]

M&L APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application including Applying evenly at tack coat of in dustrial bitumen 85/25 at 1.2 kg/sqm both at bottom and top of the membrane and finally finished with one coat of bitumenous aluminium primer at 100 gm per sqm complete all as specified.

S & F Cement Concrete tiles 250 x 250 x 22 mm thick machine pressed, jointed and pointed with grey cement and no pigment slurry over and including screed bed 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 fixing the surface rough so that cement slurry can be absorbed upto 10th storey.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc., all as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

M & L for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar (1:4).

M & L for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6).

Taking down of cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls,ceiling,chajja,roofprojection etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L For supply and application of pre-batched one component Polymer modifiedprotective Mortar(PMPM) of thickness 12-15mm of Sika Top -122 manufactured by M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd or its equivalent in M/s Fosroc Chemicals India (P) Ltd or M/s STP Ltd or M/s Choksey Chemicals Pvt Ltd or M/s Bostik India Pvt Ltd for repair of spalling and damaged concrete in RCC Structure and superstructure works including bond coat manufactured by M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd or its equivalent in M/s Fosroc Chemicals India (P) Ltd or M/s STP Ltd or M/s Choksey Chemicals Pvt Ltd or M/s Bostik India Pvt Ltd or M/s Asian for bonding old and new concrete surfaces, including double scaffolding and safety measures as required and specified necessary tools and machinary, curing, consumables etc. upto 9th floor buildings complete all as per manufacturers instructions as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface and applying two coat of oil distemper emulsion over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete.

M & L for preparation of new external plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of exterior emulsion weather proof paint [ APEX Ultima or equivalent ] over a coat of primer over the surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash.

Complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of exterior emulsion weather proof coat paint [ APEX Ultima or equivalent ] over a coat of primer on external wall surfaces [ upto 4 th storey ] complete as per manufacturers instructions and all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment over wall surfaces applying including rubbing with sand paper to obtain a smooth surface and making good any undulations on the surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer upto 9 th storey complete all as specified and as directed.
