Taking down carefully copper/aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including all fittings and fixtures such as switches, pendant, lamp holder, regulators, socket outlet, ceiling rose etc and removing unserviceable materials from site of work and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors with cement mortar and white/colour wash to match with existing surfaces etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H, 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor drawn through and incuding medium grade, ISI marked, PVC conduit not less than 20 mm dia with accessories, concealed on wall surfaces and on surface on ceiling surfaces and incuding provision of 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H, 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor green colour as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly with suitable size of lugs, including mild steel sunken box or pressed steel terminal boxes modular type of size/modules as required at site with earth dolly (boxes shall be galvanised or painted with two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer both internally and externally) including provision of new covered plate over sunken box for housing the modular switches , modular socket outlets,modular fan regulators etc. and making smooth the disturbed surfaces as per existing for one light/fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one way switch, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- a) .All chases will be cut by chase cutter only b) Switch, socket outlet and fan regulators to be measured and paid for separately .

Description same all as per item No. 02 here-in-above but for One 3 pin, 5 Amps, socket outlet controlled by one switch on independent board, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing LED batten fitting 10-12 watt, 2 feet, 6500K aluminium housing and electronic driver including tube rod cool/warm type industrial model complete connecting with copper conductor flexible cable from ceiling rose to connector of the light as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing LED surface mounted bulk head luminaries 8-10 watt with min 800 lumen, industrial model, IP 65, auminum housing, surge protection including driver & LED lamp etc complete with all accessories connecting with copper conductor flexible cable from ceiling rose to connector of the light as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F LED Bldg Security Light Fittings of capacity 40 -45 watt made up of die cast aluminium housing with black epoxy powder coated with cover heat resistance glass safety input voltage range 170 to 270 volts, industrial model with IP-65 protection and other connected accessories including service bracket of GI pipe 32 mm bore medium grade of length 0.9 mtr with MS clamps, bolts, nuts, and washers and suitable reducer for connecting fitting to GI pipe as required at site and two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on mild steel work and making electrical connection, including disconnecting and taking down existing old U/S fitting complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F LED Bollard 8-10 watt, IP-65 , 6500 K luminaire made of extruded aluminium housing and clear glass , 240 volt, 50HZ, AC supply , complete with all accessories internally pre wired including connecting with flexible copper conductor cable three core from Electric Supply Source to connector of the light including PCC 1:3::6 of size 400x400x400 mm as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F LED post top luminaire 30W- 35W, 5700K, IP-65 made of pressure die-cast aluminium housing & clear glass 240 volt, 50HZ, AC supply complete with all accessories internally pre wired including connecting with fitting and including provision of 3 core PVC flexible copper conductor from electric supply source to connector of the light, including disconnecting and taking down existing light fitting and removing old unserviceable fitting complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

S&F single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket 20 Amp complete with and including one single pole MCB.20 Amp, 10 KA 'C' curve as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix sheet metal MCB DB SPN 4 way with 200 Amps rated bus bar single pole and neutral with acrylic double door IP-43 fixed on wall duly grouted in solid block wall or on wooden board in and including copper lugs/thimbles duly crimped for connection, including making smooth the disturbed surfaces including removing old unserviceable enclosure complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix sheet metal MCB DB SPN 8 way with 200 Amps rated bus bar single pole and neutral with acrylic double door IP-43 fixed on wall duly grouted in solid block wall or on wooden board in and including copper lugs/thimbles duly crimped for connection, including making smooth the disturbed surfaces including removing old unserviceable enclosure complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure Vertical triple pole & neutral (VTPN) with TPN MCCB 125 Amp for 415 volts 4 way with 200 Amp rated bus bar flush /surface mounting double door duly grouted in solid block wall or on wooden board in and including lugs/thimbles duly crimped for connection, necessary PCC work and making smooth the disturbed after removing old Unserviceable MCB DB surface complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix MCB SP, 6-32 Amps, 240 volt,10 KA , 'C' curve as per site requirement including removing old unserviceable MCB complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix MCB SPN, 32/40 Amps, 240 volt,10 KA, 'C' curve as per site requirement including removing old unserviceable MCB complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix RCBO 40 Amps, 2 Module, 100 mA, (HI immunity) sensitivity, 230 volts, 50 Hz, including removing old unserviceable RCBO complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

S & laying as in repair sub main wiring with two run of 6 sqmm PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H,1100 volts grade ISI marked with multi stranded copper conductor and one run of 6 sqmm PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H, 1100 volt grade ISI marked multi stranded copper conductor as earth continuty conductor connected to common earth dolly including concealed on wall and surface on ceiling in PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked of adequate size for housing the wires complete all as specified. Note: (i) Thimble/lugs of rating of MCB should be used with wire for fixing in the MCB. (ii) Three runs of cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured and paid as one unit length.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe 1100 volts grade heavy duty 2 core, 6 sq mm nominal cross section cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor multistranded served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connection, including disconnecting and taking down old U/S existing cable complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying or fixing or passing through pipe 1100 volts grade heavy duty 2 core, 10 sq mm nominal cross section cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor multistranded served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connection, including disconnecting and taking down old U/S existing cable complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable 25 sqmm cross sectional area, 3.5 core with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of cables. and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material to a distance n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L dry sand cushoning to cable i.e 8 cm before laying cable in trenches and 15 cm after laying the cable and compacting complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: punned thickness shall be measured for payment.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1 flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F as in repair light grade GI Tubing of size 40mm dia for cable protection and fixed with clamp to pole and wall with nut bolts complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material & labour as in repair for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below the normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead of 4mm dia GI wire by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron.Earth wire protected by GI pipe 15mm bore(medium grade) and connected to main switch board or main control board as directed and as specified and shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I (2009) including necessary concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 40 cm x 40cm x 5cm reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 15cm c/c both ways with one handle for lifting made out of 8mm dia bar, funnel, wire mesh, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and earth testing on completion .

Supply and fixing LED batten fitting 18-20 watt, 4 feet, 6500K aluminium housing and integrated electronic driver including tube rod cool/warm type industrial model complete connecting with copper conductor flexible cable from ceiling rose to connector of the light as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing in replacement LED tube rod 18/20 watt, 4 feet, aluminium body, cool/warm tube rod industrial model with high frequency power factor suitable for surface mounting batten fitting complete including disconnecting and taking down unservicable tube rod of any type complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F as in repair 9/12 watt LED light fitting wall mounting fixture (sketch type) including LED lamp compact and energy efficient epoxy powder coated luminaire and connecting with copper conductor flexible cable from ceiling rose to connector of the light complete including removing unserviceable light fittings all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F LED 22 watt integrated batten with inbuilt lithium ion battery with minimum 4 hour back up including removing of unservicable light fitting complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
