M&L 10mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instruction @ 3% by weight of of cement on concrete surfaces,finished even and smooth without using extra cement, after applying neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm, including roughening of old concrete surfaces by using wire brushing sweeping, cleaning, washing down to remove all loose dust etc. of existing roof surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for cutting grooves in brick/concrete walls 75mm wide and 65mm deep for inserting APP membrane and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar (1:3), removal the rubbish off the permises upto a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs complete all as specified and directd.

M&L for water proofing treatment of roof consisting as under:- (a) Applying a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384:1986 @ 0.30 Ltr/ Sqm as per mamufactures instructions, including preparation of roof surfaces. (b) APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighting 3 kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove febric (wt. not less than 150gms/sqm)land on primed surface by forced complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl no.119 here-in-before but on vertical surfaces, using hot blown bitumen having over primer @ of 0.30 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick laid over 15mm thick cement mortar screed bedding in cement mortar(1:4), set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors and pointed with grey cement and no pigment, and cut and polished, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cutting out cracks to V-section in existing RCC roofs or tarracing, cleaning out, wetting ,grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
