TERM CONTRACT FOR ARTIFICIER WORKS IN OTM COMPLEX AND HQ DGBR, SEEMA SADAK BHAWAN, DELHI CANTT10 UNDER 1353 GE 21 BRTF CE P SHIVALIK

Term Contract for execution of artificer works, including maintenance, repairs, renewals, replacements and minor works in the OTM Complex and HQ DGBR, Seema Sadak Bhawan, Delhi Cantt-10, as ordered from time to time through written Work Orders during the currency of the contract. The works shall be executed in accordance with IAFW-2249, the Special Conditions, Particular Specifications, Schedule ‘A’ Notes, MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2009 Part-I (Specifications), MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 Part-II (Rates), relevant IS/BIS specifications and all other tender conditions. The tenderer shall quote a uniform percentage above, below or at par the applicable MES SSR Part-II rates. The accepted Contract Agreement amount shall remain limited to Rs. 30,00,000.00, and Work Orders shall be placed only up to the said Contract Agreement amount, inclusive of the contractor’s accepted percentage.
