M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of approved shade and pattern,of size 200 x 300 mm x 7 mm thick glossy finish,laid on vertical surfaces such as skirting,dado etc.set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 as in backing coat of tiles complete all as specified and as directred.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of approved shade and pattern of size 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm/ 300 X 450X 7 to 8 mm thick or any other nearer size as approved by Engineer incharge in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 as in backing coat of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm (+ 2mm) thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mirror finish polished machine cut Kota stone slab 15-16 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 and jointed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 16 -18mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for laying full body vitrified 300x1200x15 mm thick step tiles with self embossed treated lines/ grooves for antiskid surface including bull nosed edge laying over 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, 50 mm thick, surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement including provision of construction joints complete all as specified.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub floor, sub bases, floor and paving etc; complete all as specified.

Demolition of stone/ brick work masonry, built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work, serviceable stone aside for reuse and removing unserviceable material in low laying area complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates as over roof for making good depression/ undulation to make the existing roof surfaces as filling in depression of roof slab etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for carrying out water proofing treatment for roofs in the following stages - (i) M&L Rendering 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) mixing with integral water proofing liquid (as per manufacturer's instructions) over concrete surfaces finished even and smooth with out using extra cement including preparing of surface throughly by cleaning washing and removing dust, dirt, oil, grease, any loose particle etc, on existing concrete surface complete all as specified. Note : (WPC shell be measured separately and paid for under respective item of schedule). (ii) First coat of bitumen primer confirming to IS 3384 @0.300 Kg/ Sqm over plastered surafces (iii) Second layer of 3.0 mm thick APP modified polymeric membrane with centre core of Single non woven polyster reinforcement and having weight not less than 3.60 Kg/ Sqm with mineral gravel finish on top complete laid with blown type bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/ Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for carrying out water proofing treatment for roofs in the following stages - (i) M&L Rendering 10 mm thick plaster/ screed in cement mortar (1:4) mixing with integral water proofing liquid (as per manufacturer instructions) over concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including preparing of surface throughly by cleaning washing and removing dust, dirt, oil, grease, any loose particle etc, on existing concrete surface complete all as specified. Note : (WPC shell be measured separately and paid for under respective item of schedule). (ii) First coat of bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm over plastered surfaces. (iii) Second coat of bonding material using blown type bitumen conforming to IS-702 grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm. (iv) Third layer of APP modified polymeric membrane centre core of 20 micron HMHDPE outer film 20 micron both sides thickness 2.0 mm having weight not less than 2.80 Kg/Sqm. (v) Final coat of blown type bitumen confirming to IS 702-1988 grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per Sqm.

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC top most layer as a protective layer 1:2:4 Type B1 using 20 mm graded stone agg finished even & smooth w/o using extra cement laid to slopes as required at site & filling the joints with bitumen mastic ( Mix of bitumen & sand in the ratio 1:1) made @ 0.90 to 1.00m both ways (10mm wide 12 mm deep) made while the conc is still green all as specified and as directed.

M&L for prepration of surface by removing Bitumen based water proofing treatments completely removed by mechanical scarification or by any other effective mechanical means including taking down existing cement plaster etc; and preparing of surface throughly by cleaning washing and removing dust, dirt, oil, grease, any loose particle etc, on existing concrete surface of RCC chajja, projected balcony/ canpoy/ parapet etc; and applying one coat of Dr fixit prime seal diluted with water at ratio 2:1 allow 2-3 hours to dry and apply 3 coat of Dr. fixit new coat as under :- apply first coat of Dr fixit New coat at the rate of 0.50 litre per sqm allow to dry 6 to 8 hrs & put woven glass fibre mesh 2.5mm x 2.5mm apply 2nd coat of Dr. fixit New coat at the rate 0.5 litre per sqm allow to dry & apply 3rd coat of Dr. fixit New coat at the rate 0.50 litre per sqm. and followed by a overlay protective screed (10mm thick cement mortar (1:4) along with & including liquid water proofing compound , approved make as per manufacturer's instructions) on top surfaces of concrete Note:- Application shall be done through authorised applicator Each Stage has to be passed by GE before laying further coat complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for carrying out water proofing treatment for sunken portion in the following stages - (i) Taking down of existing sunken slab treatment from the sunken portion and cleaning the surfaces washing down with water and rubbish of the pemises (ii) Cleaning and filling cracks with sealing compound, brushing neat cement slurry @ 3.00kg/sqm and grouting (iii) 25mm thick cement concrete type B-0 (1:2:4) using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate on sunken slab portion and finishing the top surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement. (iv) M&L for two coat of acrylic cementitious water proofing coating (Dr FIXITpidifin 2k manufactured by M/s Pidilite Industries Ltd or equivalent) and followed by a overlay protective screed (10mm thick cement mortar (1:4) mixed with liquid water proofing compound approved make (measured separetely) as per manufacturer's instructions) on top surfaces of sunken slab after preprations as mentioned above. Method of application for acrylic cementitious water proofing coating achieved as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregates as in roof kerbs rounded or chamfered on edges etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1,using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in coping to parapet walls including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.
