Providing and placing Plain Cement concrete M15 grade using crusher broken hard granite course aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 20 mm and down graded to IS specified grading ( to achieve the specified characteristic strength of 15N/mm2 in 28 days) and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer placing in layers and vibrating , water curing , finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc complete in all respects so as to attain the profile strength specified in the approved drawing and specifications etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the Departmental officers

Providing and laying in position, standardised concrete Mix M-20 Grade by insitu machine mix concrete adopting weighing batch method in accordance with IS 456 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 Cu.m) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 Cu.m) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670 kg. of crushed stone sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Providing and fixing KRAFT PAPER for full width of seating of Deck slab and including cost and conveyance to work site, labour for fixing the same in correct position and all other incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental Engineers.

Providing new 3T capacity worm gear box assembly consist of cast iron top and bottom plates, worm nut made up of pig iron, worm shaft made up of EN8 steel rod and two numbers of thrust bearings. The top and bottom plates machined to suit the worm nut and shaft. The worm nut threaded inside to suit the 63mm dia screw rod and the outer side formed with helical teeth cutting to suit the worm shaft. The worm shaft machined to the required shape and size and provided with helical teeth to suit with the worm nut.The assembly fixed with two numbers of thrust bearing one on top and another on bottom of the worm nut and fastened with required bolt and nuts. The operating key made with 80mm square rod shaping with wire cutting machine and welded with operating handle made up of 32mm dia steel rod for required length. The gear box is to be rest on the top of MS stand made up of 75x75x8mm MS angle and the top covered with 16mm thick MS plate and the stand fixed on the 150x75mm MS channel fixed over top of the beams in platform. The gear box align with the screw rod and fixed with required bolts nuts etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. Painting the hoisting arrangements with two coat of aluminium oxide paint over two coat of zinc rich primer The rate including cost of worm gear, cost of all materials required, labour charges, process charges like gas cutting, welding, machining, milling, labour charges for dismantling, loading, lifting, unloading, transport, erection, charges for equipment’s like derrick, chain pulley block, conveyance charges of to and fro of equipment’s and labours to the site including cost of trial operation of the Shutter, inclusive of all taxes, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers and warranty for 5years etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing of Shutter Groove Angle made up of 65x65x6mm Mild Steel angle for required height including welding hold fast of size 25x25x6mm Mild steel angle 2 Nos on both sides and conveying and leading the groove angle to the vents. Fixing the angle to the grooves in proper alignment including dismantling the existing damaged groove angles, conveying and stacking at section store. The groove angle should be painted with two coats of AC black paint over one coat of red oxide primer. The rate including cost of materials, consumables, labours charges for all fabricating and hoisting equipments, conveyance, petty civil works and warranty for 5 years etc., complete, complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating, Supplying and erection of Screw gearing steel shutters of size above 2.00 m and upto 3.00m width consist of skin plate made out of 10mm thick mild steel plate and horizontally stiffened with 150x75mm ISMB 150 at an interval not more than 0.50m and vertical stiffeners made out of 100x50mm mild steel channel ISMC at an interval not more than 0.60m and provided with 10mm thick mild steel gusset plateof required size on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc.Conveying the fabricated shutter by using lorries including loading, unloading and leading the shutter to the vent. Dismantling the eroded shutter and shuttering arrangements by using necessary gas cutting equipments Erecting the new shutter and the shuttering arrangements in the vent in proper position by using necessary hoisting equipments. The shutter shall be painted with two coats of Anticorrosive black paint over one coat of Red Oxide Primer. The rate including cost of materials consumables, labours power charges, conveyance charges for all equipments required conveying the dismantled materials to the section stores, cost of petty civil works, trial operation of shutter and warranty for 5 years etc..complete. complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing GI pipe handrails for handicapped persons using 50mm dia GI pipe double handrail at a height of 800mm and 900mm from floor level with 25mm thick MS square rods as balusters embedded in the concrete and welded with pipe at 60cm centre to centre as shown in CA Job No. 9123 / 1 including cutting, welding, bending and fixing charges and applying one coat of red oxide primer for MS members as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and fixing Bitumen Felt 15mm thick pad for Expansion joint etc.., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental Engineers.

Supplying and fixing in position of seepage pipes of 90 mm dia PVC pipe having work pressure 4 Kg/cm2 required lengths with required filter media (excluding the cost of filter media) for abutment and wings including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and labour charges for fixing etc.,complete. complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Providing filter media behind abutment and wings with clean grade III metal with the average size of 6mm - 50mm ISS metal to required thickness and well compacted in layers with small sized towards the soil and bigger size towards wall including cost of all materials to work site including all labour and other incidental charges including hier charges for tools and plants employed etc., for filter media

Supplying hoisting and fixing of NP3 Class RCC Pipe of 900mm dia and collars in proper gradient conforming to IS 458/2003 including cost of pipe as a finished work including all labour charges and all other incidental charges, testing charges, loading, unloading, transport and delivery in good condition at work site etc., complete, as directed by the Departmental Officers, as per standard specifications.

Earth work in all soils except hard rock requiring blasting and conveying for formation of bund with lead of 0 to 100 metre deploying earth moving machinery and tippers including benching, formation of bunds, breaking clods, sectioning etc., including loading into lorries and conveying them from local tank with a lead of 28km and unloading the earth spreading the earth watering consolidating etc.., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental Engineers.

Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam 250 mm thick specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechnanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in Sub Base/ Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 406 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Prime Coat over WBM/ WMM surface using 7 Kg of Emulsion Bitumen (SS1) per 10 sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it, ll other incidental charges etc., complete as perClause 502 of MORTH Rev-5

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 30/40 mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00-9.50mm, 0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 and below with 50.30 kgs of VG30/ VG40 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site,spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory / Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher / 9m paver finisher, Vibratory / Pneumatic roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5 Grade II

Dewatering using 10 HP diesal Engine pumpset inlcuding hire charges ,cost of diesel, Engine oil, pump operator, labour charges , conveyance of pumpset and fuel to site and back, loading and unloading anyother incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers.
