CC (1:3:6) using 40 mm size and down graded hard broken HG stone metal free from weathered surface of approved quality from approved quarry in foundation and plinth including laying concrete in layers with due compaction, watering and curing including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials with all lead, lifts and delifts, T&P etc required for completion of the work in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Rigid smooth centering and shuttering for Mass concrete including dismantling them after csting including all cost, conveyance, taxes of materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc.

RCC work of M-20 grade with 20 mm and down grade black hard granite chips including cost, conveyance, royalty and all taxes of all materials with all leads, lifts, T&P etc including rigid and smooth centering, shuttering and dismantling the same after the curing of RCC work for 28 days complete the item of work in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Supplying of MS grill gate, MS angle chowkhat of approved specification for doors and windows welded with MS sheet shutters of 18 to 20 gauge thick, openable and electrically welded with all necessary fittings including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, transportation to worksite etc all complete in all respect. Labour for fitting and fixing of MS doors and windows, MS grill gate as per approved design & all complete.
