Dismantling and taking down old unserviceable feeder pillar box & Material and labour for design ,supply, fabrication, Installation, testing and commissoning Factory made LT panel at outdoor type totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, suitably ventilated, floor mounted, 415 volts, 3 phase and neutral, 50 Hz AC supply system, fully compartmentalized, both side openable, made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet, protection of enclousure IP-54 as per IS: 2147 of 1962 with pre-treatment and powder coated of approved colour including suitable frame work/support made out of suitable size angle iron/flat iron, front opening type with provision for cable entry, with proper ferrule and cable glands, internal wiring with PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor FRLS cable of adequate size(minimum 1.5 sqmm), including required civil works/anchoring bolts for fixing, PCC foundation etc with and including following all as specified and directed (at ECO Coy Sub Stn).

Notes for Item No 1:- 1. Panel manufacturers should have in house powder coating plant with minimum 8 tank pretreatment of MS sheet facilities, dust free spray paint booth.(8 tanks pretreatment process includes: degreasing/water rinsing/de-dusting/water rinsing/activation/phosphating water rinsing/passivation). 2. Thickness of powder coating shall not be less than 80 microns and test certificate for powder coating shall be furnished along with LT panel 3. The panel manufacturer should have following certification: (i) CPRI certification degree of protection IP-43 ( should have IEC:61439-1-2 & IEC:60529 tests) (ii) CPRI certification short circuit with stand strength should be 50 KA RMS for 1 sec with initial peak of 105 KA (iii) CPRI certification rated current for short circuit not less than 5000A 4. All the electricals switch gear like MCCBs, MCB should be of same make 5. Drawing of panel board should be got approved from GE/AGE (I) before fabrication. 6. Panel board should be fully compartmentalized in accordance to form 4 b of IEC 61439-1-2. 7. The rate quoted above shall include the cost of shifting of old panel to MES store yard.

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground. ( earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr depth below ground level at any type of strata ) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15cm all around the plate. connected by 32x6 mm GI strip as earth lead by means of brass nuts and bolt,thimbles check nuts, washers including concrete chamber of PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with fair finish, internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given internal dia 300mm x300mm, 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 funnel with wire mesh, RCC pit cover of 320x320x80mm size (1:2:4) Type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate rainforced with XPM all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-1(2009) and specified including and provision of GI strip upto 7.5 mtrs long with 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe protection and watering pipe of GI 20 mm bore, medium grade, including all exavation and earth work and connecting the earthing strip to panel, including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- (i) RCC pit cover shall be precast of RCC(1:2:4) type B1, 80mm thick rainforced with XPM weighing not less than 4kg/sqm in lieu of CI cover. (ii) Cost of additional GI strip more than 7.5 mtrs will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items.

Removal of serviceable MCCB of any capacity from old unsv panel i.e Item Sr No 1 above and refixing the same at other location all as directed by Engr-in Charge.

S&F of steel tubular swaged poles complete as per IS-2713 MS base plate of size 300mmx300mmx6mm , final taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9 mtr long) including necessary earth work and excavation, PCC in foundation 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate , PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth block,and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including necessary form work and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m, painting two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer including 5 Nos band/straps with yellow and black colour in alternatete way (250mm wide each) synthetic enamelled paint two coat at a distance 300mm from plinth block and marking pole nos with black synthetic enamelled paint including tarring one coat on steel surface embedded in concrete complete all as specified and directed.Note - Necessary earth work and excavation, Returning filling , removal PCC in foundation and coping shall be included in this item and rates of all are deemed included in the quoted rates

Dismantling stay assembly complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of U/S LT U/G cable of any size from trenches after removing the sand cushioning , brick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated surplus soft/disintegrated soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for under ground cable with layer of fine river dry sand 80 mm thick before laying of cable and 150 mm thick after laying of cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge. Note:- Punned (consolidated ) thicness of sand will be measured and paid.

M&L for cable protection bricks common burnt clay sub class B designation 75 for protectioon of UG Cable laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.
