Supplying 12.0 mtr mast manufactured out of Steel work in built up tubular ( round, square or angles etc.) and connecting plates including nuts and bolts, etc.,using medium type MS Angles conforming to IS:1239 including cutting,welding,hot dipped galvanising ,hoisting, fixing in position and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.

Drilling holes of 20 mm dia on roofing beam/columns upto 20 cm depth and fixing 16mm anchor bars bent to required shape and length up to 75 cm with high strength polyester resin anchor grout (Fosroc Lockfix-E77) or equivalent up with manufacture's specification approved as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor, etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing :

1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :

Foundations, footings, bases for columns.

Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of R.C.C. work with 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand).

Labour charges for erection of mast upto a height of 12.0 M over foundation including lifting upto required levels with necessary tools and plants required and all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying MS Anchorbolts, bolts and nuts for mast all complete etc at site.

Placing of mast base in line,level & plumb in required position before concreting including all labours and handling charges and as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Providing and fixing Stainless steel wire ropes of 8 mm dia for anchoring and tightening the mast with necessary stainless steel fastners, SS 'D' Shackle,SS turn buckle ,SS tightening clip, nut bolts etc.complete

Painting Mast with synthetic enamel paint or equivalent in two or more coats over and including base coats of etching primer or equivalent of required shade and colour as directed by engineer in charge.

Providing G.I bus bar of 25 X 5 mm connected to the tinned bottom portion of lightning conductor and to the ring earth/plate earth with 2 Nos of 10 mm dia GI nuts & bolts [with lead sheath in between] at each connection. The bus bar shall be drawn through heat shrink sleeve and shall be shrunk properly. The bus bar shall be clamped to the tower/ building walls at uniform interval of 1.5 Mt.. using proper GI clamps and ceramic insulators such that the bus bar shall be well insulated from the tower building walls all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(All joints should be covered by Shalimar or equivalent water proof tape and made air tight)

Providing and fixing spike type copper lightening arrester of 1.50mtr length with necessary fixtures at top of the tower. The spike shall be insulated from tower by Teflon material. The spike shall be connected to G.I plate earthing by GI strip which shall be paid seperately.

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Disposal of building debris including lifting down from floor four level to ground level ,loading, mechanical transportation and unloading at approved dumping ground within a lead of 5 km.

Dismantling carefully 18.0 mtr mast(approx.weight 350.0 kg) at floor four level and stacking the materials at ground as per the direction of the engineer in charge.
