Required1. Bidder should have an experience of supplying the similar material to AP/TGGENCO/NTPC or any reputed organization and shall furnish the documentary evidence such as Performance certificates/PO copies of the similar material in support of qualifying requirements failing which offers are liable for rejection.

Required2. The supplied material must be one to one replacement for the existing Fly wheel for Transport Air Compressors Model: 1HB4BISNT (KG KHOSLA make) and if fails to interchange the same shall be replaced at free of cost. Bidder should accept to submit interchangeability certificate along with material

Required3. Bidder should accept to supply the material within 8-10 weeks from the date of receipt of Purchase Order

Required4. Bidder should accept to provide certificate of dynamic balancing of fly wheel along with material.

Required5. Bidder should accept to offer guarantee period of 24 months from the date of supply.

RequiredBidder should upload quotation without price on their letter head mentioning offered material , HSN code and updated GST rate against the offered Item.
