SCHEDULE 'A'

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable ceramic/vitrified tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 25 mm thick cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in bedding layer of granite floors etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Double charged Vitrified Ceramic Tiles, dark shade 9 to 10mm thick (Square/Rectangular), area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in floors/skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over 15mm thick bedding layer in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed of CM 1:6 complete.

M&L Glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 300 x 600 x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10mm thick screed bed of CM 1:4 etc., complete.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on wall surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

S&F Two piece wall hung EWCs (670 x 390 x 760 mm) including P Trap, seat cover and flushing cistern with twin flush fittings including necessary nut/bolt for fixing, in repairs, colour and model as approved, complete all as specified and directed. Make: CERA (SKU: S1031102) or equivalent.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of dressed stonework, precast concrete articles and precast concrete block walling, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry (1:5:8) type C2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Shower Panel 200 x 1500 mm made out of 5052 Grade Aluminium alloy body, thermostatic valve for regulating water temperature, overhead shower, hand shower and 4 body masage jets, diverter for shower arrangement and spout, hand shower with 1.5 m long hose with staineless steel finish, complete all as specified and as directed. Make : CERA CONRAL PREMIUM (Cat Part No-B2530106) or equivalent.

S&F 15mm bore CP concealed diverter with single lever, tip ton knob and flange & concealed part Make CERA ( Cat Part No - CS-654E /F1006711 & F 4020101) or equivalent, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
