Excavation in earth work in all kinds of soil and banking in 20cm. layers including breaking clods, ramming and dressing up for the purpose of making embankments or filling up ground depressions upto all leads, lifts and carriage of materials etc. and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in earth work upto all depths in all classification of soil such as spade work, jumper work including pick work, saturated soil including bailing of pumping out water, blasting, soft/hard rock or chiseling soft/hard rocks where blasting is prohibited in all lifts /including trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of beds to correct grade including shoring, strutting, planking, timbering and dewatering wherever required, stacking the serviceable/unserviceable material/soil separately and then disposing of all excavated earth up to all leads lifts, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Wire crate made of G.I. wire filled with boulders of approved quality with square cut faces against the wire having rounded rectangular shape, weight of stones not less then 18 kg. free from soft, spots, cracks, cavities etc.(wire crates to be measured and paid for separately ) including all leads, lifts and carriage of material and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Wire crate made of G.I. wire filled with boulder with square cut faces against the wire G.I. wire 5mm thick (corresponding to SWG-6) of size 15cm.x15cm. mesh (boulder fillings to be measured and paid for separately ) including all leads, lifts and carriage of material and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying dry stone pitching with hand packed tightly as in wire crate apron/vertical bunds with slopping faces for protection work, stone shall be free from soft, spots cracks cavaties etc. including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Geo Textile filter (Non Woven) of approved quality of following specification made of material 100% polypropylene having weight minimum 275 gram per square meter, thickness not less then 2.50mm, pore size (ASTMD - 4791 (dry)) between 0.15 to 0.20mm, water permeability ( Ref. BS-6906/3) between 150 to 160 ltr per square meter per second, CBR puncture strength minimum 3850 N, wide width tensile strength ( Elongation at peak strength) minimum 17.5 KN per meter ( max 50%), Grab tensile strength minimum 1100 N, Elongation at break maximum 50%, Cone drop ( Ref. BS 6906/6) maximum 15mm, Trapezoidal tear Resistance minimum 450N, width minimum 4 mtr and above in embankment below the stone pitching and wire crate apron including all leads lifts and carriage of material and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Sand filling under & over Geo Textile including all leads,lifts and carriage of material and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
