Supply of all materials, labour T&P etc.complete to construct an RCC over head tank of following size with RCC two column staircase & 1 m wide balcony, G.I. pipes railing consisting of 3 rows of 20 mm dia. G.I. pipe and angle iron posts around balcony & at the dome periphery, M.S. ladder from balcony to top of tank and inside the tank, supply and fixing M.H. cover with locking device, 1.2m dia ventilator, lightening conductor, water level indicator, supply and fixing of pipes, CI D/F pipes, supply and fixing M.S. clamps with RCC column 40mm PCC 1:2:4 over 80 mm PCC 1:4:8 in apron, 150 mm semicircular drain around the tank, escape channel of 20 m length, box type enclosure at the entrance of the staircase having locking arrangements, one coat of primer with two coats of apex paint and testing of tank for water tightness and also including cost of supply and fixing of all necessary pipes and valves with valve chember and dewatering of the OHT foundation as required during the excavation upto cutting and placing of reinforcement and raft cafting etc. all complete with inlet, outlet, overflow and washout pipes with bypass arrangement and necessary fittings and M.S post & M.S cover G.I pipe railing shall be well painted with primer two coat of paint, D.I pipe fittings specials. The earthquake resistant design must be in confirmity with IS: 456, IS 3370, IS 1893, IS 13932 & IS: 13920 (latest versions) etc. water retaining portion must be of M-30 design Mix concrete as per latest guidelines of BIS and submitting of complete structural drawing and design including testing of soil bearing capacity.
