S&F plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment Fe-410- W(Gde E-250) quality-B complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated/ trapezoidal or any profile steel sheet as approved by GE , 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in chajjas, roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of wheather proof exterior acrylic emulsion paint with anti fungal propery over a coat of primer all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material out of MD land all as specified and directed

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) rubbish outside Dockyard premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete type 'B-0' 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring all as specified and directed.

M&L for light shade vitrified Ceramic tiles 8 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over 15mm thick cement mortor (1:6) screed bed complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 450X300X7/8 mm thick in dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match fixed over incl rendering in CM 1:4, 10mm thick all as specified and directed.

Demolition brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins , arches , pillars etc and removing the debries from the Dockyard premises all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 10mm thick cement plaster 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of ceilings finished even & smooth(without using extra cement) all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each (Without taking off shutters from the frame) all as specified and directed.

Forming jambs etc., to opening in brick masonry, including cutting, toothing and properly bonding into old work, also facing, jointing and pointing to match existing work complete new work, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
