Treatment of construction joints / cracks / honeycombs / voids / leakage and undulations in RCC by way of applying bond coat and filling grooves of 25mm x 25mm using medium strength (40 MPa), shrinkage-compensated, fiber-reinforced, thixotropic mortar for repairing concrete conforming to IS: EN 1504-3 for R3 class mortar and thereafter applying 2 coats of polymer reinforced cementitious slurry of 100mm width over the treatment area using spray machine/brush/roller.

P/L of stone mix with consolidation & M20 Grade waterproof PCC on the floor of the pit by manual means (as per BOQ) - (excl. material)

Injection grouting using cementitious polymer modified mortar slurry injected through plastic packers with a low pressure grouting machine wherever required.

Application of ready to use 2 component waterproofing and moisture seal cementitious coating system conforming to IS: 2645 & ASTM C 1306-05a, for mortar and concrete, will be done on the surface of the tank walls & floor using spray machine/brush/roller.

Application of a ready to use 2 component spray applied waterproofing and moisture seal polyurethane coating system, done on the concrete surface of the reservoir's walls and floor using a high calibre spray machine.

R.C.C. Cutting/Drilling in wall, thickness upto 600mm, making of hole upto 150mm dia., including P/F of G.I. pipe Class (C) of 100mm OD with C.I. sluice valve (with cap), complete with bolts, nuts, rubber insertions etc., 100mm dia. Class I, for washout purpose. Complete job.
