CLEANING AND REPAIR OF SEWAGE LINE AND MANHOLE SOAKAGE WELL AND SEPTIC TANKS IN A A BANAR UNDER GE BANAR

Dewatering including Desludging of septic tank/soakage well/STP wells of depth upto 8 Mtr height by using mechanical pump or by manual means after plugging of incoming sewage lines and throwing water into non residential area or in drain/nallah complete all as specified.

Cleaning of septic tanks/STP wells of any size and the height upto 8 Mtr by removing sludge including bailing out of sludge water from septic tank and loading the same to sealed container/tank lorry and removing out side the defence land including bailing out foul water by any means and supplying & spreading earth brought from outside the MD land in layer of thickness 25mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Dewatering of septic tank shall be measured in Ser Item No 1.00 here-in-before and depth of sludge/mud only shall be measured in this Item and disposal of sludge shall be removed outside the defence land as directed by Engr-In- Charge.

Cleaning of manholes of any size by removing sludge, foreign material and removing from site of manholes n.exc 1.5 mtr deep complete all as specified.

Cleaning of 150 mm SGSW or RCC pipe sewage line by rodding by bamboo strips /Steel rod /pumping in between MH and/ or gully trap foul condition including removing the sludge out side MD land and burried in pit complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Cleaning shall be carried out after every six months and accordingly will be paid. Note: Cleaning of lines shall be carried out after every six months and accordingly will be paid.

Cleaning of 100 mm SGSW or RCC pipe sewage line by rodding by bamboo strips /Steel rod /pumping in between MH and/ or gally trap foul condition including removing the sludge out side MD land and burried in pit complete all as specified. Note: Cleaning of lines shall be carried out after every six months and accordingly will be paid.

Removing of blockage from WC/floor trap / Nahani trap/ gully trap to 1st manholes by opening grating & refixing the same after cleaning complete all as specified. Note : No extra payment shall be admissible on this account to the contractor.

Removing with roots the vegetation, small bushes or tree girth upto 10cm, grown on or along with the main gradient of the sewer line and around the manholes including necessary excavation in any type of soil and depth, making good the disturbed surfaces all around complete all as specified.

M&L for excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and 1.5m deep for foundation etc or for shafts, well, cesspits manholes etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Returning fillling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.
