Supplying and Installation of sluice gate 1.00 m wide complete in all respects as per satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing, lowering in trenches to correct gradient and allignments, jointing with tytone rubber joint and cutting of RCC S/S pipes having inside HDPE. lining ISI marekd as per ISI code IS:458-2003 into trenches for all depths and laying out the same to correct alignment, gradients, levels etc.,cutting of concrete beds and joints holes, supporting the pipes and specials in correct position in a suitable rigid manner while the same are being jointed and until the surrounding benchings, haunches and envelopes are completed. The pipes shall rest on the beds at all joints through their lengths and to ensure this, testing the pipes for leakage and making good the same leakage and all defects to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer incharge including all cartage etc copmplete in all respects. RCC pipe with inside HDPE lining class NP-3 800 mm i/d pipe with inside HDPE lining.

Provision for Sluice Gates of Suitable size as per satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Diversion of existing flowing Nallah during execution of work.

Design, Construction, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of 19.50 ISTP #1 based on SBR Technology consisting of Stilling Chamber, 2 No. Fine Screen Channels, Grit Chamber, Equalization Tank, Chrome Reduction Tank, Neutralization and Flash Mixer Tank, Clarrifloculator, pH Correction Tank, 4 No. -SBR Basins, , Chlorine Contact Tank, Treated Water Tank, Primary Sludge Sump, Biological Sludge Sump, Centrate Sump, Metering Room and Panel Room, Equalisation Pump House, Chemical Storage Area, Chemical Preparation Building, SBR Air Blower cum Administration cum Control Building - 1000 Sqm, Chlorine Tonner House, Primary Sludge Pump House, Belt Press House, Centrifuge Feed Pump House, Centrifuge House, Treated Water Pump House, Security Cabins, Road, 4 No. CCTV Cameras, Three flow meters (inlet, outlet & by pass), online analyser, OMDs etc synchronize with HSPCB All Electrical, Instrumentation and Mechanical works as fully described in the scope of work. ii) All infrastructure including Pump chamber and other buildings as described above is included in the scope of work for Lump sum job. iii) All Pumping machinery, Panel board, Level sensor etc. shall be controlled by PLC and SCADA and shall be synchronized with PLC Panel at IPS #2 and STP site through broad band internet facilities. iv) The sizes and quantity of all above components will be as per approved structural / Hydraulic / Mechanical / Electrical design to be approved by the Department before actual execution of work Excluding OandM for 5 years after 12 months defect liablity period and 3 months trial run period.***

(i) Receiving Chamber , Coarse Screen Chamber - 2 Nos. , Grit Chamber Manual - 2 Nos. , Raw Sewage Sump , Raw sewage Pump house and MCC Panel and Operator Room, Metering and HT Panel Room, Security Cabins, Mechanical Coarse Bar screen and Manual Coarse Bar screen, Installation of Pumping machinery i.e 2 No (2.25DWF).30500 LPM x 40 m, Submersible, CI Body and Duplex Steel Internals and 2 No.(1DWF) 13500 LPM x 40 m and 2 No.(half DWF) 6750 LPM x 40 m Submersible, CI Body and Duplex Steel Internals, HT Sub station including Transformer, Genset etc. and CCTV Cameras, suitable LT Panel equipped with all safety devices, Automatic capacitor bank and submersible cable from LT Panel to Pump sets, Gantry of 3.00 tonne capacity complete in all respects. (ii) K-9 DI pipe of suitable dia at IPS # 2 including welding and screwing of flanges ISI marked, DI fittings, Sluice valves, Non Return valve as per requirement and for Bye pass arrangemnet complete in all respects.****/

Operation and maintenance of the complete scope of work required to be executed in this DNIT i.e 19.50 MLD ISTP, IPS, Flow metrs, analyzers etc and all electrical, mechanical, horticulture and civil strutures for 3 months succesfull trail run period, one year defect liability period and five year thereafter on the commissioning of scheme and plant
