SCHEDULE 'A'

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceed 1.5 metre in depth for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes pier holes and silt in drain channel etc., not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceed 1.5 metre in depth in loose/soft soil etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filing in, excavated soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated materials to a distance not exceed 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceed 1.5 metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipe (salt glazed stone ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortor for 150 mm internal dia of pipe, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete un reinforced in ground floor and paving not exceed 15cm thick (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced in ground floor or floor tiles and paving not exceed 15cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cement concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid & tested for 150mm bore of pipe with cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour Reinforced concrete pipes OD dia 150mm, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing Pre-cast cement concrete type C-1 ,1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1 :6, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of wall 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:6 and to be finished even and smooth with out using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels of drains, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Clearing & removal of all blockage in sewage line of any dia of sewer lines, manholes of any section and any depth, in any situation by way of cleaning / desludging foreign materials as well as blockage of sewage line in between successive manholes manunally/mechanically. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out/Pumping out sewage water from septic tank/soakage well from Tractor with attached Water Tank of 3000 ltr capacity with mechanical pump and Sucking and removing and dumping off the same to a place out side cantonment at the place marked for the purpose by the authority controlling the area, distance for removal from original point to disposal point is out of defence land, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out/pumping out silt, brick bats debris liquid waste sludge in solid/semi solid state from Manholes including pumping out sludge wherever necessary by plugging /diverting the flow in the sewage line if necessary and staking the removed silt/sludge and deposit away from the edge of manholes at the place marked by the authority controlling the area and including use of safety belt dry cells torch for lighning in side the manholes as directed and cleaning the manholes with clean water etc all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge of the following:-

(a) Manholes not exceed depth of 1.0 metre

(b) Manholes depth exceed 1.0 metre but not exceed 2.0 metre

Desludging of septic Tanks including digestion pits etc manually for cleaning them thoroughly and removing muddy soil/ sludge to a distance not exceed 500 mtr and buried it in pits or other wise disposed off outside cantt area from septic tank, etc by means of honeysuckers mechanical septic tank cleaning truck of with diesel driven in nearest drain, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cleaning of underground sump of 1.00 Lakh ltr capacity by bailing out the water in the sump below foot valve level, removing the sludge and scale out the floors, walls etc. removing green algae, with wire brush by applying bleaching powder, washing the surfaces with fresh potable water including removal of sludge and other materials to a distance not exceeding 50m, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair PVC lid for water storang tank of capacity 500/1000 ltrs of approved make. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position of capacity exceed 250 ltr but not exceed 500 ltr. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position of capacity exceed 500 ltr but not exceed 1000 ltr. Material and labour for TMT bars 10mm dia & over cut to length bent to shape required including, cranking binding with & including MS wire not less than 0.90m dia or securing clips, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in manhole cover slabs, of any thickness, size or shape including necessary formwork, set and jointed in cement mortor (1:4), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of sett paving any description of thickness laid dry or laid dry and pointed, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing tiles and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cement concrete 75 mm thick type D-2, 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in floor as in sub base for laying floor finishes, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigments 30 cm x 30 cm x 20 mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors including 15 mm thick screed bedding in cement mortar 1 : 6, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for M-35 grade 60 mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for M-40 grade 80 mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Fixing only machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing, cement concrete Type B-1, 1 :2 :4 (20 mm graded aggregate) rounded or chamfered on edges in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs 20mm dia ball valves high pressure of PTMT epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs 25mm dia ball valves high pressure of PTMT epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 25 mm dia CPVC Female Brass Threaded Adaptor (FTA/ FBTA), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & labour for french polishing on surfaces of any description, width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surface including a coat of wood filler on new works with two or more coats, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
