Urgent electrical and mechanical works to be carried out at lift irrigation scheme Lassipora Lolab of MISD Handwara.

Amount

a. Modification/improvement to the 05 HP priming pump at Lift Irrigation Scheme Lassipora Lolab by way of providing and fitting of GI pipes for suction and delivery. 65 mm dia. B – class GI pipe for suction side---02 length, 50 mm dia. B- class GI pipe for delivery side----01 length, 50 mm brass gate valve --- 01 no., 50 mm GI pipe bends --02 no., Reducer socket 65x50 mm – 01 No., Reducer socket 80x65 mm – 01 No., CI Flange—08 no., rubber washers, nut bolts, GI pipe union and other allied fitting items as per site requirement. Laying of foundation block for priming pump.

b. Providing, fitting, testing and commissioning of 05 HP DOL starter 03-phase including transportation, handling and labour etc. of reputed make.

c. Providing and fitting of 04 mm2 single core Cu wire in three phases for priming pump.

d. Providing and fitting of 65 mm dia. CI flanged footvalve.

Repairs to the 250 mm suction/delivery line by way of welding works using superior quality welding electrodes in two coats of circumferential weld at Lift Irrigation Scheme Lassipora.

a. Improvement to 100 KVA HT/LT substation at Lift Irrigation Scheme Lassipora by way of disconnecting and lowering down incoming HT Al wire from ST poles from across the river. Dismantling of worn out wooden structures from poles including damaged HT link set, jumpers etc. after seeking permission from PDD department. Refitting of HT line across poles.

b. Providing and fitting of ISMC 100 09' long with suitable nut bolts (03 no = 80kg) c. Providing and fitting of ISMC 75 9' long with suitable nut bolts (02 no. = 40 kg) d. Total = 120 kg

e. Providing and fitting of 11 KVA link set for 100 KVA transformer

f. Providing and fitting of drop out fuse set. (set of 03 No.’s).

g. Providing and fitting of 11 KV Pin Insulator with pins complete

h. Providing and fitting 120 mm2 single core 1100 V XLPE insulated armored Aluminium cable from substation to pump house.

i. Providing and fitting of 120 mm2 Al thimbles

j. providing and fitting of 70 mm2 Cu thimbles

k. Providing and fitting of Sundry items like Jumpers, Binding tapes etc.

Providing and fitting of Bakelite connection/terminal plate of suitable thickness with drilled holes to the 75 HP 3-phase induction motor at site for housing star and delta connections.

Providing and fitting of 15 watt LED lamps (04 no.) with batten holders (04 no.) and 1 mm2 Cu wire for illuminating pump house and DP control switch. Cost of PVC channels/conducts etc. included in the job.

Painting of Poles with one coat of Red Oxide and two coats of aluminium paint.
