current financial year

(c)Experience certificates with 3-A certificate showing successful completion of Similar

work of “O & M” Of STP or WTP or Comprehensive “O & M” work of Drainage Pumping

Stations of for Minimum Two Year in single contract in municipal corporation or

(d) In case of limited Company Registration Certificate as per Indian Companies Act

and Article of Association and Memorandum of Association with details of Board

Or Directors etc.

(e) Valid power of attorney. (if necessary)

(f) F.D R / Demand Draft as shown in above para.

(h) Balance sheet of last three financial years with turn over certificate from C.A. of

minimum annual average turn over per year should not be less than (30% of tender

amount ) Rs 57,82,500/- in last three financial years.

(I)work order & 3-A certificate copies of similar work experience during last seven

years (last day of month previous to the in which applications are invited) for the

similar work completed experience of comprehensive operation and maintenance

contract of STP / WTP / Sewage water pumping stations in nagarpalikas, Municipal

Corporation and other Government / semi Government / Govt. Board or other

Government Departments as below.

The bidder(s) should have three similar work completed which costing not less than

the amount equal to 40% of the tender estimated of the amount put to this tender

during last seven years, or

The bidder(s) should have two similar work completed which costing not less than the

amount equal to 50% of the tender estimated of the amount put to this tender during

last seven years, or

The bidder(s) should have one similar work completed which costing not less than

the amount equal to 80% of the tender estimated of the amount put to this tender

during last seven years. Put completion certificate in form - (3A) copies.

(j) GST Reg. Certificate must be attached.

(k) Joint venture is not allowed.

(l) The Bidder should not have been blacklisted / Terminated / banned by Government of India

/ Government of Gujarat of any state Board / Corporation as on the date of bidding. A

Declaration in this regard on Rs300/- Stamp Paper duly Notarized Shall Have to be

Submitted by bidder along with the tender.

(m) Bidder’s Technical Staff Details with employment letter copy.

(n) E.P. Fand ESIC last six month payments receipt of minimum 15 labour must be attached.

(o) Site visit certificate dully sign by chief officer./ engineer in charge of nagarpalika.

(p) Valid registered partnership Deed certificate copy (if applicable).

(q) Valid Electrical supervisor or contractor license copy

(r) income tax return certificated of last 3 financial years

(s) Details of firm’s workshop with different necessary tools and tackles.

(t) Any other Supporting Documents.
