Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chiselling of loose reinforced cement concrete up to the average depth of 50mm and removal of all loose & friable materials and fully exposing rusted reinforcement, cleaning and removing rusts and other foreign materials using proper tools and wire brush etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sel item No. 4.00, but 5 mm dia and over up to and including 10 mm dia in stirrups spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of Rust removal compound over the exposed rusted reinforcement over thoroughly cleaned and prepared steel bars including formwork complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Additional reinforcement has to be placed for severe rusting to bring the structure in its required strength, the quantity of TMT bars will be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for applying Epoxy based bonding agent after totally saturating the cleaned concrete surface with clean water for proper bonding of old and new concrete including formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing Micro-concreting of average thickness 50mm as in columns, landing slabs, beams, etc. A ready to use non-shrink, cementitious, free flow microconcrete to be provided as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and as directed. Note : - (i) The micro-concrete shall have a minimum compressive strength of 50 MPa. (ii) Mixing, placing and water addition should be strictly adhered with the technical DATA sheet of the product. (iii) After final hardening, the micro-concrete has to be cured as per manufacturer's instructions. (iv) 04 Nos of cubes will be casted to verify the strength of micro concrete and contractor shall arrange material and labour for the same. The cost of all will be included in quoted rate.

M&L for providing and injecting epoxy grouts @ 300mm c/c, through 8mm MS nozzles using low viscous injection grout as per manufacturer's instruction @ minimum 250ml per nozzle, two part, low viscosity injection liquid with a suitable grout pump and grouting to be started from lowest level and to proceed towards upper level and to be continued at any nozzles till refusal from adjacent nozzle or same nozzle. All nozzle shall be removed after 01 day of completion of grouting and hole point to be repaired by Polymer / structural grade repair mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Providing, placing and fixing in position Chemical rebar fastners of 16mm dia, including drilling holes of specified size and depth, cleaning holes, placing chemicals inside the holes and fixing reinforcing bars as per specifications of the chemical rebar supplier, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) The Depth of hole should be 10 time the dia of Rebar. (ii) No reinforcement to be damaged during the drilling of hole.

S&F rolled mild steel chequered plates of Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-B, as in treads for staircase in any shape and size, cut or notched, forming holes, welded to angle iron frame complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel of Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality-B, angle iron/Tee section/ MS Flats etc, as in framework for treads of staircase in any shape and size, including cleats, brackets etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel or iron surafeces, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel or iron surfaces not exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Stainless steel pipes of Grade 304, as in staircase work such as Handrails, balusters etc of any length and any dia, fixing with treads by necessary welding, cleats etc complete all as specifed and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new concrete surfaces and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint (weather coat) in camouflage pattern over a coat of primer, any shade or colour as approved complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring (surface type) for one light/16 amp socket point with 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated (FR-LSH) unsheathed copper cable multistranded conductor 1100 volts grade controlled by one way switch including 2.5 sqmm PVC (FR-LSH) insulated unsheathed copper cable multistrand conductor 1100 volts grade for continuity earth wire connected to common earth dolly drawn through and including in stove enamelled steel conduit with all accessories complete all as specifed and as directed. Note:(i) The wiring length up to 15 mtr are consider whilte quoting the rate (ii) Red coloured cable shall be used for live connection, black coloured cable shall be used for neutral connection and green coloured cable shall be used for earthing. Separate cable for earthing and neutral to be used for each individual circuit from the distribution board.

S&F in repair flame proof switch socket & plug combined in LM6 cable termination box in LM6, 16 A , 250 V, 2 P+earth complete all as specifed and as directed.

S&F in repair flame proof rotary type switch with termination box in LM 6, 25 Amp, double Pole 250 V complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for repair of rusted steel conduit joint, junction terminal, flexibile steel conduit between stove enamelled steel conduit by replacement of joint and junction terminal, flexible steel conduit by dismantling of point wiring and submain wiring from flame proof switch to light point and panel to DB box complete all as specified as directed Note :- (i). Contractor make ensure there is no loose fitting of steel conduit joint and prevent to filling of water in electric pipe in rainy season. (ii) Cost of flexible steel conduit , sanddle, and fabrication cost are included in quoted item rate.

Supply only stove enamelled ,black rigid steel conduit of 25 mm dia complete all as specifed and as directed.

S&F in repair MCCB 200 Amp 4 Pole 25 KA with thermal magnetic release complete all as specifed and as directed.

S&F in repair MCCB 100 Amp 4 Pole 25 KA with thermal magnetic release complete all as specifed and as directed.

S&F in repair XLPE insulated heavy duty electic cables with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 50 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

S&F as in repair ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep with 30 cm long down rod , 2 Nos. canopy ,3 Nos fan blades and accessories, BEE 3 star rating with ISI marked, minimum service valve 5, min air delivery 215 CMM, 330 RPM and connecting up including provision of PVC insulated sheathed round flexible wire with multistranded copper condictor of size 1.50 Sqmm 3 core 1100 volts complete all as specifed and as directed. Note:-1. Contractor has to furnished a replacement/rectification warranty against any failure or loss of performance for a period of two year for ceiling fans from the date of completion of contract. 2. Old unserviceable ceiling fans shall be deposited in AGE E/M store yard by the contractor.

S&F as in repair Geyser vertical type 25 Ltrs capacity BEE 5 star rated, 240 volt AC, including making connection with suitable size hot/cold water connection pipe and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specifed and as directed. Note:-1. Contractor has to furnished a replacement/rectification warranty against any failure or loss of performance for a period of two year for geysers from the date of completion of contract. 2. Old unserviceable Geysers shall be deposited in AGE E/M store yard by the contractor.

S&F of sheet metal enclosure SPN with two pin earth plug and socket complete with one SPN MCB 20 Amps, 10KA, 240 Volts incl removing the existing unserviceable metal plug socket, complete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L sub main wiring with twosingle core PVC insulated unsheathed cable 4.00 Sqmm (Nominal area) with multistranded FRLS copper conductor cable, 1100 volts grade drawn through and including PVC casing & capping of size not less than 25mm with accessories and earth continuity conductor of single core PVC insulated, unsheathed cable 4.0 Sqmm (Nominal area) with multistranded copper conductor, 1100 volts grade and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Two run of wiring cable, one run of earth wire and one run of PVC casing & capping shall be measured as one unit.

S&F in repair GI pipe medium grade 15 mm bore with all fittings fixed to wall complete all as specifed and as directed.

S&F in repair non return gun metal gate valve 15mm dia with iron wheel head , screwed both ends fixed to iron pipe complete all as specifed and as directed.

S&F in repair stop valve cast copper alloy, screwed non return gun metal gate valve 15mm dia with iron wheel head, screwed both ends fixed to iron pipe complete all as specified and as directed.
