Providing services for Manning and operationof the following water supply installations at various locations for 24 hours daily by employing 01 (One) No FGM per shift of 08 hours for 03 shifts including sundays and holidays all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in-Charge (a) Main Pump House comprising :- (i) Monoblock Pump Set with Star Delta starter - 02 Nos, DG set 20 KVA -01 No & LT panels (ii) BP Dozer - 1 No. (iii) UG Sump - 03 Nos. (iv) Sluice valves, control gate valves, etc. (b) Candidate Billet Pump House comprising : - (i) Monoblock Pump Set with Starter - 01 No. (ii) Contol gate valves (c) OHT 1,00,000 Ltr capacity with Control Sluice Valves, Gate valves, Water Bowser point, etc. Note : (a) Total number of persons to be employed per day : 03 (Three) Nos FGM skilled. FGM shall not leave the installation till the releiver attends duty. The contractor shall arrange suitable releiver during absence, weekly off, and leave period of the FGM . Timings of shifts shall be decided by Engineer-in-Charge. (b) Following shall be the responsibility of contractor and the rates quoted shall deemed to inclusive of these aspects :- (i) The FGM on duty will carry out the daily / routine maintenance of installations such as cleaning of Pumps, Bleaching Dosing system, DG sets, panels and their connected swich gears using blowers and checking the thimbles on regular basis and entering in the maintenance register and put up to JE. The contractor shall provide all tools to tradesmen for routine maintenance. (ii) The FGM shall rectify minor defects such as leakage in control valves, pipe line etc., for smooth functioning and to maintain uninterupted water supply. i.e. Gland packing rope, nut & bolts, washers, etc., and no extra cost will paid to the contractor. (iii) Cleaning of installations including clearance of vegetation, wild growth and trimming of grass etc around the installations and maintaining the garden, watering/planting flower/fruit bearing plants and watering to earth pits etc.
