Preparation of refractory drawings of DSE-204 heat exchanger(Sulphur condenser-II) as per the GA drawings and technical specifications attached. Refractory drawings shall be prepared by vendors listed in annexure-A and same shall be submitted to FEW by contractor. Any modifications recommended by engineer-in- charge/FEW shall be incorporated in refractory drawings.
Preparation of QAP, application procedure & dry out procedure for the refractory lining works in DSE-204 heat exchanger( Sulphur Condenser-II). QAP, application procedure & dry out procedure for the refractory lining works in DSE-204 heat exchanger shall be prepared by vendors listed in annexure-A and as per the technical documents attached.
Manufacturing & supplying of refractory materials (50% dense alumina castable), Ceramic paper, SS310 anchors etc.. as per the approved refractory drawings, special conditions of contract, general conditions of contract and as per the instructions of engineer-in-charge/FEW. Entire refractory materials, ceramic paper, SS310 anchors etc.. shall be manufactured by vendors listed in annexure-A
Welding of SS310 anchors in channel assembly and application of refractory castable(50% dense alumina castable) as per the approved application procedure, special conditions of contract, general conditions of contract and as per instructions of engineer-in-charge/FEW.
Executing dry out of refractory castable(50% dense alumina castable) applied in channel assembly of DSE-204 heat exchanger as per the approved dry out procedure, special conditions of contract, general conditions of contract & as per instructions of engineer-in-charge/FEW.
