Earthwork excavation for foundations and depositing on bank for all lifts and with an initial lead of 10m including all Operational, incidental ,labour charges such as shoring, sheeting, planking, strutting etc., complete for finished item of work - Ordinary soil-Manual means up to 3m depth. Cement Concrete using 20 mm ( 0.54 cu.m) and 12 mm (0.36cu.m) nominal size hard broken granite crushed metal from any source conforming to the relevant ISI standards for foundations etc., laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well compacted including curing, ,machine mixing, cost and conveyance of all materials etc., complete. Note: Measurement boxes shall be used for measuring the quantities of cement, aggregate and water required for the given concrete mix.

Supplying and fixing in position M.S Ornamental grills for windows and ventilators or for veranda openings using M.S. Flats, square rods, angles sheets etc., of approved design including necessary cuttings, bending fabrication, welding, grinding and finishing smooth including painting the grills with Two coats with Synthetic enamel paint Grade-I over a Primary coat (Red oxide metal primer) (total three coats) of approved make and colour including cost of making the holes into RCC or masonry works and making good the same wherever necessary, including cost and conveyance of all materials, incidental charges etc., complete.

Supply and fixing of stainless steel SS304 grade tubes, sections, plates , sheets and pipes of all sizes and diameters etc., including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges for fabrication of stainless steel railing works using SS welding rods including buffing , polishing , lacquer finishing , to present seamless finishing etc., complete as directed during execution

Labour charges for fabrication of stainless steel railing works using stainless steel welding rods including buffing, polishing, lacquer finishing to present seamless finish.

CUT STONE FLOORING 4" THICK : Supply, dressing, laying & jointing of hard granite stone slabs for flooring from Mulbagal quarry including cost and conveyance etc. complete with the following specifications.

a) The size of the stone slab should not be less than 0.61mx0.45m (2' 0"x1'-6")

b) The thickness of the stone slab should not be less than 100mm (4") in all sides

c) The top of the slab should be dressed with Palamana dressing including three line dressing properly

d)All the sides of the slabs should be dressed with Palamana dressing including three line dressing to a depth of 40mm (1½") from top surface to suit proper alignment and jointing with side slabs.

e) The slab should be laid horizontally and jointed properly to alignment over sand bed (excluding cost of sand bed),cement mortor bed.

f) The joint of the slab should not be more than 6mm (¼") thick.

g) The slab should be jointed with CM(1:3) and mortor should not come over the slab for the above item the rate is including cost and conveyance of all materials to site of work including necessary labour charges, dressing, laying, jointing but excluding cost of sand for bed, the bed will be paid under relevent item. (cement mortor of 0.005 cum/sqm should be used for joints ).

Note: While adding extra allowance over labour portion, the cost of stone may be deducted since, the rates are including cost of stone and labour rates.

2) Unless other wise specified granite stone slabs used for cut stone flooring shall be of the same size. The longitudinal joints between the rows shall be parallel to each other, of uniform thickness and perfectly straight throughout the length of the row, with the transverse joints at right angles to longitudinal joints. The rows may be laid parallel to the walls, diagonally or in any manner, with or without break joints as my be specified. However where the base concrete or sub-floor is laid with construction joints or expansion joints or in panels, the joints in the floor topping shall tally with those in the base concrete or sub-floor.

CUT STONE STEPS : Supply and dressing for laying of cut stone steps with hard granite stone slabs from Mulbagal quarry including cost and conveyance etc., complete with the following specifications.

a) The size of the stone step should not be less than 1.20mx0.38 (4'-0"x1'-3").

b) The thickness (rise) of the stone slabs should not be less than 150mm (6") in all sides.

c) The top surface of the stone slab 0.38m (1'-3") wide bottom bearing 75mm (3") wide to the full length of steps front face and two sides of the steps should be chiseled with Palamana dressing including three line dressing properly.

d) The steps should be laid and jointed in such a way that the riser should be 150mm (6") and tread 300mm (1'-0") over sand bed/ cement mortar bed excluding cost of sand bed/ cement mortar.

e) The joints of the steps should not be more than 6mm (1/4") mortar should not come over the stone. The steps should be jointed with cm(1:3).

f) The measurements of steps will be made for top surface only I.e.0.38m (1'-3") wide and length for the above item the rate includes cost and conveyance of all materials to site of work including necessary labour charges for dressing, laying, jointing but excluding cost of sand for bed/ cement mortar . The bed will be paid under relevent item . The cement of 0.00215 Cum/ Sqm should be used for jointing.(3.10 Kg.)

Digital design, Supply and erection of flex sheet boards with back support of frame work made with 25mmx25mm MS square pipe (light weight) to erect all the specified places as directed by the department. The cost is including all materials, labour for printing, erection all materials, labour charges etc., complete as directed by the department .

Hire charges for supply, erection and removal of digital design flex boards with frame work made with of 25mmx25mm MS square pipe (light weight) with required back support to erect boards at specified places as directed by the department. The cost inclusive of materials ,labour for printing, erection and removal square pipe (light weight) after completion of the function.

Painting priming coat with ready mixed Cement primer for exterior grade - 2 (Water thinnable) for new plastered surface including cost and conveyance of all materials including brushes to have smooth finish as directed during execution.

Painting two coats for old iron work with Ready mixed Synthetic Enamel paint in all shades Grade-I having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/liter approved colour and make including brushes to have an even shade including cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

Painting Two coats for External walls - old with Acrylic Emulsion paint exterior grade with silicon additives having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/liter of approved brand and shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for external walls.

Painting two coats for old wood work & old plastered surface with Ready mixed Synthetic Enamel paint in all shades Grade-I having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/liter approved colour and make including brushes to have an even shade including cost and conveyance of all materials as directed during execution complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

Supply and fixing of Galvalume sheet Pre-painted Galvalume Trapezoidal Profile Roofing sheets with 0.47mm thickness (Total Coated Thickness-TCT), Coating: Alu-Zinc coating AZ150 GSM. Tensile strength: 550 MPA. Paint coating: Regular Modified Polyester painting. Painting thickness (Top): 18 to 20 Microns, (Bottom): 5 to 7 Microns. Sheet Width: 1.020, Length: Maximum 12 Meters with Regular Range Colours with minimum end lap of 15 cms etc.,complete as directed during execution (Original coil shall be of make TATA Blue scope/JSW)

Flooring with granite slabs set over base coat of cement mortar (1:8) 20 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3 kgs per sqm & jointed neatly with white cement paste mixed with pigment of matching shade to full depth, including cost & conveyance of all materials, seigniorage charges, labour charges for dressing of tiles etc., complete for finished item of work. (Note: Unless otherwise laying of flooring is finished, no pre-payment shall be made for the slabs against supply)

The owner should transport the JCB to the work spot at his own costs. 2. The Excavator- Loader (JCB) should be able to excavate a minimum of 40 cubic meter of Earth per hour. 3. The Excavator- Loader (JCB) should be able to load 20 tractor as per hour with quantum of 2.83 cubic metre of loose factor per each tractor. 4. The rate of per hour is inclusive of all the costs like POL, Transportation of Machine, Driver Batta and other incident charges. 5. The payment of the Excavator- Loader (JCB) should be paid hourly basis subject to the condition 2&3 cited above. 6. The Excavator- Loader (JCB) should have the Tacho metre and it should function properly.
