CONSULTANCY FOR PREPARATION OF DPR FOR 151 BH GUWAHATI

CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR PREPARATION OF COMPREHENSIVE DPR FOR PROVN OF 151 BASE HOSPITAL AT GUWAHATI as per Annexures:- (a) B/R services, Architectural design/drawings & contractural aspect - Appendix 'D' (b) Furniture Services - Appendix 'E' (c) Soil Investigation/strutural/drawings - Appendix 'F' (d) E/M Servies- Appendix 'G' Detailed Engineering & consultancy service for provision of 151 BH at Guwahati including buildings and external services as mentioned in Appendix 'A' to 'D' and shall be inclusive of following: a) Conducting Geotechnical & Topographical survey for whole area and obtaining other datas for planning of the Building and Parking. b) Preparation of Architectural drawings, structural design and site plan etc. for Hospital Bldg, (in accordance with BP's), Road, Culverts, Sewage network including Septic Tank & Soak Well, Boundary wall, Area drainage, Retaining wall, Security Fencing & gates and as required for complete project. Preparation of 3D model of the complete site c) Analysis design of structures shall be as per latest revision of IS SP-38 including others relevant BIS codes with loading in accordance to IS-875 d) Preparation of AE pt-I & II for the entire project as per the MES norms, ED/SSR/Scales of ACCN, BP's etc. e) Preparation of BOQ of complete work for all bldgs, f) Complete quantity of earth cutting & filling required in work to be estimated with details including level sheets. g) The analysis and design shall be carried out using latest version of STAAD PRO. h) Preparation of site plan & self sufficient Architectural drawing in Auto CAD (Drg format) duly signed by Registered Architect (Confirming basic code, Provisions as per NBC). j) Site plan to be marked with external B/R & E/M services. k) Specification shall be as per Zonal specification of Chief Engineer Shillong Zone & as directed. Note: i) Complete DPR is to be prepared inaccordance with BP's and consultation with Stn HQ Dinjan/ CWE Dinjan/ GE Dinjan and respective section of this HQ. ii) 06 Folders of DPR duly vetted by any IIT is to be submitted with soft copies
