Cutting in earth work in all heights, depths and in all kinds and classification of soil including saturated soil comprising of pick, jumper work,blasting work both in soft and hard rock, chiseling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil including dressing of slopes and beds and setting out confirming to required lines grades and side slope(as shown in the drawing the excavation shall as didrected by the Engineer-in-charge and transportation of soil to roadway and disposal of surplus excavated soil in acquired width of the road or at an aqpproved dumping site including its stacking levelling and ddressing in all leads, and llifts as per HPPWD specification of 1990 Vol-I all luseful materials such as stones, shingles and aggregates shall be ssorted ouot and stacked alsong road side to maximum possible extent in all leades and lifts through all modes of transportation. Any loss to pulic/private property during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceaable materials shall be the absolute responsiblity of the conrtractor which shall have to duly compensated by him in all respect.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet the requirement of Table 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Spoecification Clause 301.5.including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation for structures in all depths as per drawing and technical specification for rural roads August 2004 clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of slumps and other deleterious materials and disposal in all lead and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated siutable materials.All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary preparations against soil erosion damage to hill side water pollution etc. and to protect stability of hill side rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out rock (Where blasting is prohibited ).All earth work in cutting/ excavation ,including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines grades, side slopes,width, camber, super elevation and level as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in Charge hauling and stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials in specified manner treaming filling of unevenness blind age and finishing of the road to specified dimention or as directed by the Engineer - Charge.If the foundation of the structure is in an area with stagnant water or water is met with in the exacation due to spring see page rain and other causes ,it shall be remove by suitable divsrsion bailing out or pumping as directed and the area of the foundation or embankment shall be kept dry.Any loss to the public or private property during the course of excavation shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be dulycompendsated by him at his own cost in all cases.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundation complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 802,803,1202 & 1203. P.C.C. M-10(ten) grade (1:3:6)(one cement : three sand : six graded stone) ( For Sub Structure),including all leads,lifts and carriage of material, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying filter media with granular crushed aggregates as per specification to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and providing over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall, return wall to the full height, compacted to firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1204.3.8 including all leads,lifts and carriage of material, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonry/plain reinforced conrete abutment,wing wall, return wall with 100 mm(Hundred milimetres) dia. PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(one)(v) : 20(twenty) (H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 614,709,1204.3.7,including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet the requirement of Table 300.2 with all leads , as per technical specification Clause 303.1, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of granular sub base by providing well graded matrial , spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount grader on prepared surface , mixing by mix in place method with ratovator at OMC, and compacting with three wheel 80-100 kn(Eighty-hundred KN) static roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401,including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials, as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density,including all leads,;lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-I) grade on the prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.90-1.2 kg / sqm (at the rate of zero point nine zero-one point two kilograme per square metre) using mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502.,including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials, as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion ( RS-1) using emulsion distributor @ 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm (at the rate of zero point two zero to zero point three zero kilograme per square metre)on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical specification Clause 503 ,including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 (hundred-one hundred twenty)TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75(seventy five) tonnes per hour using VG-10 bitumen and crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6(at the rate of five point four to five point six) percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects nothing extra shall be paid for higher conent of bitumen required as per Job Mix formula ,including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying 2.5 mm(two point five milimetres) thick road marking strips ( retroreflective) of specified shade /colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully /semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicater machine fitter with profile shoe,bead dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P,cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals,oil grease and foriegm matter etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer- Incharge and in accordance with applicable specification .

P/L Cement concrete 1:4:8 ( one cement : four sand : eight graded stone aggregate forty millimeter nominal size)for plain/ reinforced concrete work in open foundation complete as per drawing and technical specification Clauses 802,803,1202& 1203.,including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials, as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Plain/reinforced cement concrete in substructure complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 802,804,805 ,806,807,1202 and 1204.P.C.C. Plain/reinforced reinforced cement concrete in super structure complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 800,1205.4 & 1205.5 R.C.C. graded M-25(Twenty five) ( 1:1.5:3) One cement :One and half sand:three graded stone aggregate).for any height,including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

P/L cement concrete wearing course M-30 (thirty)grade i/c reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 800 and 1206.3.,including all leads,lifts and carriage of materials, as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Plain/reinforced cement concrete in open foundation complete as per drawing and Techanical Specificaion PCC Grade M-20(twenty) P.C.C. 1:2:4(One cement : two sand : four graded stone aggregate) in foundation, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, asper the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in -charge.

Furnishing and Placing Reinforced/Prestressed cement concrete in super-structure as per drawing and Technical Specification RCC Grade M 25 (twenty five)( Using Concrete Mixer),including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, asper the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying fitting and placing TMT bar reinforcement in super structure complete as per drawing and technical specification, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying a burried expansion joint, expansion gap being 20 mm.(twenty milimetres) covered with 12 mm(twelve milimeetrew) thick, 200 mm(two hundred milimetres) wide galvanised wieldable structural steel plate as per IS: 2062, placed symmetrical to centre line of the joint, resting freely over the top surface of the deck concrete, welding of 8 mm(eight milimetres) dia. 100 mm(hundred milimetres) long galvanised nails spaced 300 mm(three hundred milimetres) c/c along the centre line of the plate, all as specified in clause 2604.),including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
