Flooring & Stone Work

40 mm thick fine dressed stone flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand), including pointing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment to match the shade of red sand stone.

Kota stone on pond steps Kota stone slab of 18mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and Kota- stone slab flooring of 18 mm thick over 20 mm thick base of cement plaster 1:6 (1cement :6 coarse sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete.

Bituminous Concrete Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed withbituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT&H specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects.

Denting and Painting for Astabal and Northgate

Manually removal of vegetation (major trees, climbing plants, creepers) from walls, columns, arches, floor etc in a skilled and careful manner, using appropriate tools and means and without causing any damage to the adjoining parts, including carrying and stacking the dismantled materials including lift/lower upto 11mtrs and lead upto 50 mtrs as directed by the engineer or architect in charge. The exposed surfaces will be coated with a paste made from ammonium sulphamate crystals or with "Tree killer" available in market. In this condition the root system may be left to absorb and die.

Large sections of dead wood must not be left within the core. As they decay they will remove support and create voids and weaknesses in the wall. Pull off a well established mat of vegetation must be resisted. Tamping, grouting, pointing and resetting of brick / stones especially on wall top, must all be anticipated as remedial work.

Sterilizing treatment using Biocide: Masonry covered with algae, lichen, mosses, small plants, etc should be removed with knife blades, spatula and stiff bristle or softwire brushes. Spray diluted solution of quaternary ammonium based biocide on surface of the masonry with out allowing to spray drift. Leave the treated area for at least one week Sqm 673.52 than brush off as much dead growth as possible. Next again spray a solution of a proprietary biocide and incorporating tribute tin oxide in same manner and clean the surface.

Parking Area

Supplying including installation of 6 M height Octagonal pole shall be designed to withstand the maximum wind speed of 180 km/hr. The top loading i.e. area and weight of fixtures are to be considered to calculate maximum deflection of the poles and the same shall meet the requirement of BS:5649 Part VI 1982. The pole shaft shall have octagonal cross section and shall be continuously tapered with single longitudinal welding. There shall not be any circumferential welding of the pole shaft. The welding of the pole shaft shall be done by Submerged Welding process.
