M&L for greasing and easing of rolling shutter of size not exc 13 Sqm alongwith the guide channel, helical spring, anchoring and all other as to work the shutter in easy way and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for greasing and easing of steel door with channel moving wheels as to work with easy movement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing steel rolling shutters of size 3.20 x 4.00 m with all connecting items and repairs/ replace the lath of steel rolling shutters and locking arrangements, greasing, tightening of helical wire spring including welding wherever required, oiling, etc complete and make in serviceable condition and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint including preparation of old painted surfaces and refixing in the same opening complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) Lath of steel rolling shutters, lock plate with locking arrangement and shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) Spring will be deemed to included in the unit quoted rate. (iii) Unserviceable items shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective items.

Taking down existing steel rolling shutters of size 3.20 x 4.00 m complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1.25mm thick Steel rolling shutters, without ball bearing, as specified incluiding top cover, anchring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, complete; push pull or manual type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Ball bearings for rolling shutters complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Saftey lever locks mild steel with 4 levers for rolling shutters complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only laths for rolling shutters (thickness of lath 1.25 mm) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F prefabricated lock plate length not less than 2.20 and not more than 4.00 mm and width not less than 0.15 m and not more than 0.20m of riveted construction made out of mild steel sheet 3.15 mm thick ,reinforced with mild steel angle 35 x 35 x 5 mm size at bottom and locking arrangement with two 50 mm bow handles and flat iron 25 x 3 mm to fix the lath and lock plate complete all as specified and directed.

S&F guide channel, made out of 2.00 mm thick MS sheet size 75 x 30 mm including taking down the existing guide channel from rolling shutters and fixing with wall / column etc and making good with (1:2:4) PCC and cement work (1:3) and two coats of synthetic enamel paint on over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 2 mm thick MS sheet hood cover for rolling shutters to accommodate the spring and lath when rolling shutter open including two coats of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of red oxide primer including taking down the existing cover complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new untreated steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing steel door shutters of size 3.20 x 4.00 m with all connecting items and repairs/ replace the MS plate and angle of steel door shutters and locking arrangements, greasing, tightening of nut bolt and hinge including welding wherever required, oiling, etc complete and make in serviceable condition and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint including preparation of old painted surfaces and refixing in the same opening complete all as specified and directed. NOTES :- (i) MS plate angle for frame steel shutters, shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only.

Supply only Structural steel, rolled section such as joist, beam, channel, angle, tee, in available lenghts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Mild steel plates, plain or chequered, 5mm thick or over in thickness in available sizes complete all as specified and directed.
