Taking out old existing unservicable damaged gate shutter of canal/ river completely after disengaging from hoisting system completely for installation of new gate shutter. The work includes cutting of gates into suitable pieces by gas cutting, removing the same by mechanical means or suitable crane, stacking all the pieces at the suitable place or as directed by the Engineer in charge upto a lead of 1000 m. The cost includes cost of man power employed for dismantling and cost of consumables like oxygen, accetylene gas, welding rod, hire charges of machineries, like chain pulley block, gas set, grinding machine, welding set, tools & tackles, scaffolding and safety equipments etc including carriage loading & unloading. The cost of complete dismantling of hoisting system & cost of old unservisable materials handed over to departmental godown including loading & unloading will be provided extra. Gate shuteer size upto 4.00 sq.m

Fabrication , Supply, erection and commissioning of new Slide type vertical lift regulator service gates of Canal/River as per IS: 5620 - 2000/Latest Revision consisting of skin plate, vertical and horizantal grider, stiffener etc. made of MS material consisting of angle , channel, beam, plate, flat, etc. conforming to IS : 2062 -2011/latest revision manufactured as per approved drawing and direction including cost of Materials, Machinaries , Manpower, Cutting, ligning, drilling, Welding, Finishing, Consumables, Carriages and all overheads with all leads and lifts complete as per specification (without painting). Width of Gate shuteer size upto 2 metre

Labour for taking out brick-on-edge of herring bone bond including removing debris to flank or berm sortingout serviceable materials and stacking.

Supplying, fitting and fixing at site Cast Iron flap shutter for hume pipe sluice with Cast Iron collar and other fittings etc. complete (as per drawing & direction of Engineer-in-charge) including casting the same, necessary drilling etc with carriage to site complete. The Cost includes cost of Materials, Machinaries , Manpower, Cutting, ligning, drilling, Welding, Finishing, Consumables, Carriages and all overheads with all leads and lifts complete as per specification (without painting).

M.S. works in brackets made from flats, angles, tees etc. to sizes specialy bent, twisted, forged; making holes drilled and fitted to rafter of trusses with necessary bolts, nuts, washer or screws etc. (length of straight not less than 230 mm)

Supplying, fifling & fixing of M.S fabricated pedestal stool of suitable size, consisting of bottom plate, top plate, four nos legs etc febricated with suitable sizes m.s plate, m.s angle conforming to I.S 2062 of latest revision and as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer in charge. The cost includes cost of materials, man power employed for dismantling and fitting fixing, civil works consumables like cutting tools, gas, oxygen, welding rod, anchor bolt of required size, hire charges of machineries, like gas cutting set, welding set, tools & tackles etc including carriage loading & unloading.

Supply, installation, testing and commisioning of following items for hoisting system and gear box as mentioned below as per direction including cost of Materials, Machinaries , Manpower, Cutting, Machining, ligning, nchoring, Welding, Finishing, Consumables, Carriage and all overheads with all leads and lifts complete as per specification (without painting). Earthwork from borrow pits over existing embankment or for repairs to embankment, closing breaches etc. within an initial lead of 30 metre and lift of 1.50 metre including breaking clods and depositing the same in layers not exceeding 25 cm. and rough dressing etc. complete as per profile.

Extra rate over Item Nos 8.00 for all kinds of sail for every additional lead of 30 metres or part thereof beyond the initial lead of 30 metres. Two extra lead.

Supplying Nylon cage netting 1 metre x 1 metre x 1 metre size with knot having mesh size 17.5 cm x 17.5 cm constructed with nylon thread (210 x 24) having tensile strength not less than 250 Kg. / sq. cm. including carriage, delivery and stacking at site inclusive of all taxes complete.

Labour charges for dumping and placing in position properly filled in Nylon crates with filled in gunny / poly cement bags (minimum 25 nos. having capacity 50 kg) with local earth or sand, sewing and tying the crate with nylon wire within a lead of 150 m. and all lifts in river slope or bed by cutting trenches upto 50 cms depth, if necessary, or by boat including cost of hire charges of boat, boatmen and other necessary equipments and also including cost of bags, carriage and charge of filling bags with earth / sand but excluding cost of nylon crate as per direction of the Engineer – in – Charge. NB:- Volume of each earth/ sand filled bags should not be less than 0.028 m3. Size of Nylon crate is 1metre X 1metre X 1metre. Where boats are not necessary.

Earthwork in closing ghoges in embankments including cutting, filling, puddling with water and ramming including all leads and lifts, if necessary.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. Pakur Variety

Supplying, dressing and stacking at site bamboo pins above 5 cm. diameter and upto 7.5 cm. diameter. (Dia. to be measured at mid length).

Driving bamboo pins in standing or flowing water including scaffolding and driving appliances. Where boats are not necessary.

Supplying, fitting and fixing with iron nails half split bamboo wailing pieces (av. dia. of bamboo not less than 5.0 cm.)

Supplying to site empty cement polythene bags (capacity 50kg) in good condition including stacking, incedental charges etc. all complete (capacity 50 kg).

Labour charges for filling empty cement gunny bag / polythene bag (capacity 50 kg) with all kinds of earth (wet or dry), sand or agreegates(stone / brick) and sewing as done in case of cement bags ,(tying with a knot after filling will not be accepted), and stacking within a lead of 30 metre as per direction of Engr-in-charge (cost is excluding the cost of any types of filling materials). NB:- Volume of earth/ sand filled bags should not be less than 0.028 cum/ bag.

Dumping in position earth / sand filled gunny / poly bags (capacity 50 kg) within a lead of 30 metre inclusive of all lifts.

Labour for laying soiling with departmental bricks including carriage of departmental bricks withina lead of 150 metres preparation of bedas necessary with brick joints properly filled in and packed with brick joints properly filled in and packed with local sandor powdered earthand including necessary cushion of similar materials below the soling (and in between layers when more than one layer is used) Soling or dry pavement with one brick thickness (125mm.) (laidin herring bone pattern)

Brick soling with picked jhama bricks including preparation of bedas necessary with brick joints properly filled in and packed with powdered earth and including necessary cushion of similar material below the soling (and in between layers when more than one layer is used) completes as per direction. Soling or dry pavemen twith one brick-on-edge laid in herring bone pattern (thickness 125 mm.)
