Disconnection of Transformer from the circuitry by way of dismantling of all jumpers/ droppers and connecting spare unit in the circuit ( if available) and connecting back after completing the job

Removal of all cable connections and connecting back of the same after completing the job.

For 50 MVA Power Transformer at 132/33 KV Grid Station Amargarh

Removal/Draining of old transformer oil from the transformer tank including shifting of drained oil barrels to Divisional stores.

For 50 MVA Power Transformer at 132/33 KV Grid Station Amargarh. The quantity of oil per Transformer = 23100 Ltrs.

Removal/cleaning of sludge from the transformer bottom portion including cleaning (Hot Bath), inspection and testing of transformer including drying/replacement of silica gel, checking of buchholz relay, surge relay,conservator oil level indicator,temperature sensors, cooling system, measurement of IR values, other recommended tests and cleaning of transformers.

Erection of temporary shed for filtartion of transformer oil and dismantling of same after completion of the job.

Replacement of damaged gaskets including HV/LV bushing gaskets and radiator gaskets complete job.

Supply, packaging and forwarding, transportation and delivery at site of fresh power transfromer oil ( as per IS 335/1993 and all the latest ammendments currently in vogue), unloading of the same and other T&P items manually at working sites including carriage upto 30 Mtrs.
